This company is calling stating that I am in legal trouble and need to call another man. When asked what in reference too ,they refused to tell me. When asked why I hadn't been notified by mail, no explanation. I said I didn't believe them, they threatened me with legal proceedings. I have done NOTHING!! I called the # back and asked what the hell they were doing and they began threatening me more and said I would be sorry for not listening to them. Scam artists I'm sure of it!!!!!!!

i keep getting calls from a man by the names of mac davis saying he calling about a pay day loan i owe for 900.00 dollars i ask him to fax paper work it look like some type of scam he keeps calling my job the numberhe calls from is 347-394-2070 i just thank god i look up pcs in on line i would have lost 900.00

All the same except I'm in Canada, on a work supplied cell phone and none of the payday loan/debt/credit card scenarios apply so they are now phishing in the great white north.

If you have ever had a pay day loan, these people call you and threaten that if you don't send thousands of dollars the police will come to your job and arrest you on Monday.  I got the same calls several months ago except they were from California.  That number can no longer be reached.  Now they are in NY and are the same voices?  I had a payday loan at the time so was pretty frightened at the time.  Now I don't have one and they called again...but this time I know it's not real.  This number will be gone in a week and they will start somewhere else.  They know where you work, all your phone numbers, your SS #..it appears real except that they get mean and if you can't send money immediately, they say good luck and god bless and the police will arrest you at 11 a.m. Monday at your place of business.

I also receive a call from a man name Gabriel Johnson and i almost sent them money until my brain kicked in and i decided to Google the email address and I found this information so despite the emotional stress that this man caused me and he really cause a lot of stress since i am a single mother with 2 sick parents to take care of by myself Ugh the nerve of this man and i told him all of this and he just acted as if it meant nothing. Oh well i guess I will have to change faces on him the next time he calls. I really wanna say thanks to everyone who took the time to write these post because with out it i would be out of 600.00.

I received a call from a Mac Dawson thelling me that I owed money to the company of PCS and they could not tell me which company if borrowed the money from but they were going to settle for 700.00 dollars.  They even treatened me with a law suit

I recieved the same call today, they wouldn't give me any information and when I told him my lawyer will look into this, they hung up on me. My lawyer called and when she starting asking too many questions they hung up on her too. My callers name was Ricky Jones, how does a person that you could barely understand have a name like Ricky Jones. WTF. I know the next time they call I will be calling the police dept. I also recieved a call from the same guy about a yr ago stating that I was being sued by the california supreme court. Never heard anything else about that.  Hopefully we all can get them to stop harassing us.

I just received 2 calls from 347-671-0351 from Alexander Black stating that I took out a loan of $300.00 back in 2010 and never paid any of it back.  That is totally a lie as I did not take out a loan from them.  They are very convincing that I did and that they are going to sue me and the total would be around $5400.00 by the time they got done with their end of the legal stuff.  They did tell me that they would settle today for only $337.00 or tomorrow for $432.00.  They are harassing me at home and at work.  The nerve of these people.  They are relentless.  My guy also has a very heavy accent.  Please beware.  Hopefully they will go away.  these people have to be stopped.  They also faxed me documentation that looked like something I could of made on my own.  When I questioned it he goes....what kind of letter head do you want it on???  On the documentation they ask for all of your information and a copy of a picture ID.  Very, Very rude and demanding people.

I was contacted by someone who called himself Mark Harrison.  I got him to send me documents today to my e-mail account.  These also came from that pcscorpinc@gmail.com e-mail.  Once I got these generic and fake looking documents anyone could make at home, I then forwarded the e-mail back to him (still blank documents attached) giving notice that I was not going to pay, I knew this was fraud and that my e-mail was my directive in writing to them that they not contact me again or I will contact the police and file a complaint with http://www.ic3.gov. We will see what happens.  I hear from lots of online sites they can really be relentless for complete frauds.  Guess I will have to change my phone number if that happens. But maybe only after trolling them back for awhile.  ;)

Recieved a call from someone at a india/pakistan call center stating a serious complaint hhad been filed against me and my social and they wanted me to pay $$$$$ to settle something,When i asked for him to contact my attorney,he quickly disconnected,i am reporting this to the FCC as so should you all as these folks prey on the people that DONT challenge them

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THE # 347-380-8982 STATING THAT I OWE FOR SOME LOAN DID'NT KNOW OF THE CALL STARTED A WEEK AGO ON MY JOB VERY HARRASSING CURSING MY COWORKERS AN EVERYTHING UNTIL FINALLY GOT FED UP AND TO HIM TO CONTACT MY LAWYER AND HE STARTED CURSING ME THE NAME OF THE GUT WAS SHAWN DAVIS SO BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

keep getting calls from 20 from someone named Shaun Davis who said that I need to call him back ASAP at 347-321-6497 - THESE ARE SCAMMERS.  I want them to leave me the HELL ALONG and stop CALLING ME -

I just received a message from a caller with a heavy accent named SHAWN DAVIS who left a message on my work phone telling me that if I don't call him back within 5 minutes that they will be filing papers in the court and I will have to deal with the consequences.  The number he left for me to call was 347-321-6497.  Don't these idiots ever give up.  I AM NOT PAYING YOU A DAMN DIME.  YOU ALL ARE SCAMMERS STOP CALLING ME.  I'VE ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND PUT IN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS!!! LEAVE ME ALONE.

They called my work 20x repeatedly today saying that it was an emergency and not to play games with them.They spoke to one of my coworkers and said that my brother was dying and his name was Joseph,.Which i dont have a brother name Joseph!!!!! How do i make this stop!!! Im going to get fired because of this!!!!!!!!Help!!!!!

I recieved a call at work and cell from a Mike Thompson say the they are calling from PCS Legal Department and there is a legal issue that I have to call back. They all need to get real jobs and leave us hard working people along. I am so tried of those people call me. How can we stop these calls...

Received a call from "Austin White" from the Verification Department of PCS advising that there was a serious matter against my social security number (which he didn't pronounce right).  I've been getting these calls for many years, slightly different script, but always the same scam.  Oh well, I had a few months of peace...

I got a call from Michael thats when my husband answered he was talking nasty to my husband.

This person call me and threatened me saying i was in serious trouble...said he was Mike Thompson.  then he called my boss and said it was a family emergency.

let me tell you guys something....nobody gives a rats a** about any of our complaints....this is a disgrace that this many people are being constantly harassed and not one of these agencies, consumer or any of these law enforcement units does nothing to stop this garbage....instead of straightening out this kind of crap all anyone does is continue to let it go on....just like the drug war....if they wanted to do something about any of a number of concerns in this country they would and you know what I mean about They. I've been getting calls from this number for a couple of days and he just called my job, glad I looked it up! I haven't had a chance to talk to him

I got 2 calls this morning from a Jacki Williams w/PCS 347-321-6497 telling me that a complaint has been filed against me & my social security number & that charges are being brought against me kept telling me to hold on to speak with the supervisor who had my file & kept cutting me off.  The calls on my called id registered as the following numbers 166, than 66.

i got a call from 347-474-7040 saying that i owed them money and  i also got the email with the (pcscorpinc@gmail.com)

I really would like to thank you for providing all the information on this situation.  Because I have gotten ripped off by the scammers twice and it will not happen again.  But thank you and keep the information coming.

This number called my cell phone looking for an Alicia. My name is not Alicia and i dont even know an Alicia. A man by the name of Austin White (which by the way sounds Indian) working for the PCS Verification Department, left a message on my cell phone stating she needed to call him back at this number because these is a problem with her social security number. If she didn't call him back she could be in a serious legal matter. I called the number twice to notify them they had the wrong number and can you believe my call would get disconnected. This is total fraud as it seems the same thing is happening to NV and DA. I will find out who to report this to and post the information on here.
