I received a call on 11/23/10 in the afternoon. Person with heavy foreign accent left message telling me to contact my attorney and to return call the moment i rcv the msg". He said that i need to call him back or else. Accent was middle eastern and he was loud on the phone. Who the hell are these people?

Received call 11/18/10 in the afternoon. Person with heavy foreign accent left message telling me to contact my attorney of record or return call 'the second I received this message' . Sounds like the scam folks from before suggesting arrests will be made if monies owed are not paid or if call not returned.  Accent was very heavy - the number he said to return the call on was either this one - 4033 or -3033.   Of course I WILL NOT CALL BACK!! Guy said his name was Jason Brown.  Call came in at my job and on cell phone with ID showing 0000.  Claim to be debt collector. Hope somebody catches these folks.
