FDCPA §1692e(4) prohibits "the representation or implication that nonpayment of any debt will result in the arrest or imprisonment of any person or the seizure, garnishment, attachment, or sale of any property or wages of any person unless such action is lawful and the debt collector or creditor intends to take such action."

When a debtor fails or refuses to repay their loan it is our responsibility to collect on the debt.  Please be advised that we are in full compliance with the FDCPA( Federal Debt Collections Practices Act) and are fully sanctioned by the Geona City Police Department.
Once we receive a non-payment complaint from one of out alternative financial firms it is our responsibility to collect on that payday loan. It is a criminal offense to fail or refuse to pay the loan.  We do make courtesy calls to inform customers that they are in violation and give them one last opportunity to pay before the case is turned over to the District Attorney.  We are not required to notify  debtors and do so strictly at our discretion.

The penalties for failure to repay the loan are severe. The penalties can include substantial fines, jail time and seizure of your car.

These people contacted my mother, telling her that she qualified for a $1000 loan! She just need to pay back a cash advance loan first, she didnt think anything of it because she in fact did take out a cash advance! She has sent them $500. The first guy who called told her she was Dennis Peterson, she never got to speak to him again. It was then Brian Lincoln, once she sent them the $500 she never heard from Brian again either. She called and called every time she called she spoke to a "Jeremy" who always says Brian is unavailable. He was also accusing her of breaking Brian's arm and that is why he will no longer speak to her! Saying really ridiculous things. I told my mother from the beginning it was a SCAM!!! I wish she would have listened but she didn't! I did contact the New York District Attorney's Office and am waiting for a call back. I will see this threw til the end, because I have personal called and spoken with them and is honestly appalling the things they say to you!! Professional company my a**!!! I can not stand that they are getting away with all of this, and fully intend to see this threw!!

Indian guy named brian harassing me at work saying I owe money on loan and to pay it back using green dot money pak and it goes to pay pal account.I asked questions about confirmation numbers and receipts he didn't answer me back I tell him to quit calling but continued and still does my work and cell number how can I get him caught

If you entered your info on a pay day loan website, these people probably got your information from there. These people are trying to rip you off by making you pay. If you don't answer the phone calls, eventually they stop calling.

If you really want to put a stop to this... you need to report them using fraud.org or other means. The more people report, the higher chances of these retards being caught. They are most likely out of the country hence the phone number is provided by magic jack.

Just received call from from this number stating that I was going to be put in jail for a old pay day loan. I staid email all the proff and I will send to my attorney to check it out. He said I need to pay today or face mandatory Federal Prision. I tkold him I would not speak to him on the phone, I also told him that his is THE USA and he do not have debtors prison.   He said its not the debt is fraud. I said whatever. I have had these calls a few years ago. JUST A BIG FAT SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Indian voiced man calling to inform me someone is using my SS# and to return his call!  I have experienced this same thing in the past where I was told if I did not return the call or have my Attorney call I will be arrested!!  Huge scam!!!  DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON ANY INFORMATION!!

Jon, are they still bothering you? This 'Lincoln' guy has left me voice messages today saying I only had so long to call him or they send my record to City Attorney's office. It can "go bad for me" & my SSN & job if I don't respond. Scam for sure?

I also got a call from Brian Lincoln on 5-6-13 at work with a heavy Indian accent so hard to understand. He insisted I listen to him because it was very serious & I was being sued over an old payday loan that was delinquent. I'd start to say I was at work & couldn't talk but he was very insistent I take the time & listen. I was getting madder by the second. He said it was from Cash Advance USA from 2008 for $300 but now is over $1000! They'd settle for $800. CRAZY! He emailed me the document but I do believe it's a scam after seeing other's comments & further research. I did have some payday loans but I paid them all back. Cash Advance USA is not a lender. I hope he doesn't hound me further!

I get calls on my cell phone and at my place of work from a company claiming to be the "CFC Legal Department" and that I owe them money.  This has been happening for over a year.  Once I realized it was a scam, I tell them to stop calling and that I have contacted the police and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  The calls stop for a few months, then start up again.  How can we get them to stop this harassment?

Anyone who gets a call from this number file a complaint on fraud.org it goes directly to FBI law enforcement ect!!! Lets get this jerk caught!!!!
