they called me said i was approved for a payday loan and to get a walmart money card and to put 20 on it and not to activate it until they called me and the loan was on the card when i called the card it had been used by someone else.  when i called the company back he said he would give me my money back if i would give him some sex.  They dont know who they are playing with.  they will be caught

This company is trying to get money, they get your information off the internet and use it to try and steal your money. Be carful because if they get to your bank account on line they will take money out of your account. I told them I did not get an advance loan and they told me if I pay them 350.00 they will protect me from identity theft. BE AWARE THESE ARE CROOKS..................

The message said if they (not sure who they are) did not receive a call back there would be consequences and may God be with me.  I am conatcting the police and maybe homeland security.  It is from an unknown company and the accent scares me!!!

Guy called saying he was from a oca and saying a pymt was declined. He hung up on me and when I called back he told me he forwarded my case to someone else and to leave him the F*** alone. I tried calling again and it was blocked and to get ahold of him I had to call from my husband phone. He wouldn't give any more information.

this is a fraudulent company. They get your information from online payday loan or short term loan applications. Do not pay these people a dime! Report them to the Internet crime complaint center. And save any voice mails you receive from these people.

Receiving harrassing calls from a dude who can't speak very good english. I don't know him nor do I have a loan with their company. I didn't call but he continues to call me.

Got a call twice Wednesday from this number guy with heavy accent saying his name is Calvin Anderson saying he was from the Financial Law Dept.  representing a company named Cash Advanced America and that I committed financial fraud and  threatening to file a lawsuit if he did not hear back from me by Friday.when I call back I keep getting some terrible sounding voice mail saying they are clsed or on the other line he gave me the last 4 digits of my social to make it sound legit..  Even went as far as saying investigators will come to my house if i or my attorney of record need to call him back to resolve this matter. This is fraud and B.S. I don't even have a loan with this company Be Aware and tell them to go to hell and u are going to report them to the Attorney General Office.

Same thing...I called back and asked to speak to Calvin. He said, "Can you help me out by giving me your name?" Told him my name and I could hear him shuffling papers. He told me that he had to call me back and I told him no and to take me off his call list. There was a pause and then he hung up.

they called and had a thick accent couldnt understand him very well he said i recieved a loan from them and missed a payment i told him i did not get a loan and he said he would see me in court

we got a call from this number on our home phone. This happens when you take out a pay day loan. be ware. this is not how a legal process is bega.

Got 2 more calls from same number saying they were calling to advise me of a lawsuit against my name and social and not to ignore these calls - Calvin Anderson, I believe was the name used, very heavy accent, unable to understand.

8/4/11 received a call at my home, heavy accent, unable to properly pronounce my name saying that I or my attorney of record needs to contact him today, Calvin Anderson,  (not sure of name based on accent) and if not, there could be consequences.  End of Message wishing me a good life.
