Yep the Mary Lewis thing sure is a big scam i got caught up in that one too.. Strung me along too the dying parents stuff and the story about the lost medicine drip or something like that was it too so i asked to add them on skype... They went dead on the messaging real quick

Yes Mary Lewis is a scamer, she has the same story about her parents dying. she told me she works for UNICEF and she cant get her check because 1 of the pieces of equipment got lost in now she needs me to send her money so she can get her check.

I have been in correspondence with someone claiming to be a young woman age 29 living in Lagos, Nigeria by the name of Mary Lewis. She says that she wants to come to the U.S. but doesn't know anyone here. We met on an online dating service and have been communicating through text messages and Yahoo messenger. She hasn't asked for any money yet but I fear that I may be being set up for a scam.
