Caller id said CIONTEL INC. There was no message.

First call from this number on my cell.  No message and the number popped up as +34 736 808 11. I've never had a random unknown number show with a + as the calling number. Ever since I switched to my husband's AT&T cellular account, I've received numerous 800, 866 and random calls that, after researching, are collection agencies only my score is over 800.  Reporting calls to individual state bureaus does not seem to correct the situation only starts showing as a different number.

Does anyone know who this is calling?

I called them and they told me it was a collection agency.  The company name is a string of letters that I couldn't understand.  The man had a very thick accent.

Called...no message.

This one popped up on my caller ID today. Left no meesage and the name came up as NWYRCYZN09. Sounds like a phishing scam or something to me

Answered the call from this number on my work phone. Middle eastern accent,hard to understand, told me that I had an outstanding balance on a MasterCard that I supposedly opened in 2006. Told him that I didn't open a MasterCard account. He proceeded to tell me the security code on the account and I told him that I didn't know what he was talking about. He then hung up on me. First he didn't refer to my full name that I would have opened the account in and second I haven't opened an account up in 5 years which leads me to believe he is phishing. Beware!!!

Rang and they hung up.  No message.   Probably just a robocall.

KEEP GETTING CALLS  FROM THIS NUMBER. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE.
