That's exactly what is happening to me. I swear, if the authorities don't get involved with this and put a stop, I will travel all the way to NY and face these f****rs....

I have been getting innumerable calls from a Hendrick telling me about a loan I never received. The calls has been generated from a 347-377-9795. I finally called him backl and told me that if he continues calling my workplace, I will report it to the authorities...let's see if that will do the trick.

These people keep calling me and saying that I owe them money and if I don't pay it they will send the police to my work.  I do not owe anyone any money and I want them to stop calling me.  I dont know what else to do other than report them.  I guess I will have to change my cell phone number which I really hate to do but I can't take the calls any more.  Is there anything else I can do to make them stop calling.  I am already register for the Do Not call resigtery.

These people called a few weeks ago telling me I took out a loan with them.  I had not taken a loan out with this company.  The person calling is the same person, but changes his name and phone number...I think I've had 4 or 5 different names and numbers, but it's all this company.  He is calling my work cell number and threatinging me with lawsuits and police.  I am concerened, because these people have all my info...SS# and bank account.  What can I do to stop this? I was getting a  call  from Advance Cash Services regd payment , they help me out  to  give payment plan which was really easy for me to pay it back my debt. Now  i feel free from every thing, they are doing a  nice job ..

I'm battling the same thing with the same people. They harass me at home and at work. Don't give them any information. I am also reporting them to the police.

Same thing happened to me as did Monique.  I was even thinking the same exact thing as she did.  I asked them for my supposed loan number and they said it's against company policy to give out that information!  then i asked well, send me the supposed loan documents then to my home and e-mail address and that was "against company policy".  I swear, if they even try and bring a suit against me, i'll counter sue for wasting my time.

Person called with heavy accent saying I took out a payday loan from Advance Cash Services at first his name was Brian and he left a messeage less than 1 min. later he was calling my office number. He could not pronounce my name and when I told him there was no one by that name he started arguing with me that this was the number he had. Then he asked to speak to my supervisior. I have never gotten a loan from Advance Cash Services, so I don't know what he is talking about. So for S&G i CALLED BACK the number this time you heard lots of noise the first call was quiet and then it was another person that sounded like the same person but his name was William Hendrix, he needed to know my phone number so I provided it then he started threatening me. I hung up and waited and called back he knew exactly who I was so it's a skinky scam
