Giving out your exact location and personal phone number is as dangerous to do on a site like this as it would be to write on the stall of a men's room in a seedy bar, "Want a good time? Call Judy at 999-555-0151 or visit her at ...", well, you get the point.

You've been victimized by Indian loan scammers.   It is extremely dangerous to apply for a loan on-line.  Many of these companies are simply another form of an Indian-based scam.  At the least they will get all your personal information which will be used for still more scams.

In any event, pre-payments for loans are illegal in most American states.

No legitimate lender will loan you money or negotiated with you over the phone.  Same with e-mail.

Also, do not post your name or personal information on this site.  You just make personal information available to more people increasing your chances of being scammed yet again.

Never give your money or financial information or CC# to anyone over the phone or internet.

So far as I know green card money cannot be traced.

my name is patricia grantham. i live in jasper florida. my phone # is [removed]. i am telling u this because i applied for a loan online. as u know when u apply for a loan online u get carried from website to website. well thats what happened to me. loans of america was just 1 of the many calls i got. and every single person that called was indian or i should say from india. if u have ever talked to anyone from india u know the accent. loans of america is very persistent. the phone # the calls came from is 347-380-9902. the first person i talked to called himself MIKE WILLIAMS. he was a little hard to understand but explained everything in detale. i had applied for a 1000.00 dollar loan but MIKE said i was approved for a 5000.00 dollar loan. that sent red flags up so i told MIKE to let me think about it for a few days.i got calls from him at least 10 times a day for a week. i just quiet answering my phone. finally when i did answer my phone it was MIKE. without checking the company out and against my better judgement i said i would take the loan. yes that was my fault i admit. MIKE told me to go to cvs and buy a money pac refill card. i told him ok because i already had a green dot card. he was like no no no dont put it on ur card just call me back with the numbers on the back of the refill pac. of course that was questionable but MIKE had a answer for that to. he said that was to prove who i was and that i could make the loan payments every month and i would get my money back when i got my loan. within 45 mins. to 1 hour the money would be in my bank account. i went and got the money pack put it on my green dot card and called him back. needless to say he was a little upset that i had put it on my card but he took the card # and the money. i waited for a little over an hour surprise there was no money in my bank account. so i called back and was told no MIKE WILLIAMS worked there. so i talked to a MARK BROWN. who was suppose to be a CEO. from him to HECTOR BROWN. and a whole list of others. CEO JOHN SMITH  CEO RICKY MARTINEZ REGIS BARKER  CEO JASON PARK RICHARD PARKER JOHN ANDERSON RICHARD PARKER and my favorite the late PAUL WALKER.  they took me for 900.00 dollars. i finally told HECTOR BROWN  i didnt want there loan to cancel it and send my money back. he said for him to do that i would have to send him 210.00 dollars more. noway!!!!! and then it was for me to get my money back because his company didnt deposit or write checks for under 1000.00. yeah right. so i made a few post on this website. notified the HCSD PLUS HCOD.  THE BB B and the FBI. also the NYPD. these scammers are from the QUEENS BRONX BROOKLYN  NEW YORK area. i know my money is still in the USA. i know something a little birdie said i over heard. all i want is my money back and i will go away quietly. when i post to this site my posts have a way of just going POOF. why is that maybe getting a little to close because its all under investigation. OH YEAH!!!!!! the reason i put my name phone# and where i live is because these scammers put on there website my name phone #  and where im from. saying i am a scam artist. anyone who wants to call me feel froggy jump go for it give me a call. i have nothing to hide. this fake company goes by several names  LOANS OF AMERICA  LOAN AMERICA   AMERICAN LOANS. if u get a call from phone #'s 345-380-9902 or 347-380-9901 hang up and call ur local LAW ENFORCEMENT.

This is a complaint site, designed for people to describe predatory, fraudulent, and abusive tactics committed against consumers. These tactics may include disguised posts as a victim and threats to try and silence victims knowledge. Who do you think you're threatening now? Why the concerns of posts removed? 800notes is not calling you and they are not the scammers who called disguised as loans of america.

If you used a green dot card your money is lost.  You can't get your money back, but you can protect yourself in the future.

1.   No legitimate lender is going to loan you money over the phone or by e-mail.  Period.  On-line loans are suspect too; you don't know where your information is going.

2.  Anytime a stranger with an Indian accent calls you and either threatens you or offers you something you can be sure it's 100% a scam.

same as most of you only this guy wanted me to buy a green dot money pac and give him the numbers but he was not going to take any money I was going to get it back in 10 min then I would get 5000 in a check

I received a call from this number stating my loan application was approved. I told the lady I did not apply for a loan and I need my information removed from their system. The lady then told me I was wasting her time. I told her she called me - she's the one wasting my time and I asked for a manager. A man than got on the phone and I actually had to tell him to speak English. He said he was speaking Mexican. I told him Mexican is a nationality not a language, don't insult my intelligence. I told him to remove my number from his system. He said he would for $95!! I obviously laughed at him and hung up the phone. Then he called back immediately. I used a bit of colorful language and said what - since I'm not paying you you're going to keep calling me?! He said yes. I hung up  and came on here. This is obviously a scam and these people are rude jerks.

My name's Ashley too!! and he's been calling me almost nonstop for the past 3 weeks, and it was mostly on different numbers and stuff. Everytime I answered though, no one was there and after a few seconds it hung up. But today I got a voicemail from a dude saying, "Ashley, why did you change your voicemail, you voice is really cute and I really like to hear it. You should call me back. Bye." and it was soooo creeepy cause I just changed my voicemail to a short lil thing and it's really scary and I blocked his number and I really hope he stops calling me, cause like, I'm still friggin 17 AND HE CALLS ME ALL THE TIME DURING SCHOOL AND IT'S REALLY ANNOYING WHEN I'M TRYING TO DO MY WORK AND MY PHONE IS CONSTANTLY VIBRATING UGGGHHHHHHH

the same thing happened to me.  I called back and cussed him out and told him I would find him out and watch hisself

I was called by a male I was trying to get a loan . He asked how much from 1000-7000 I said 1000 he said is 95 to much which I said oh yea he said f u to me and hung up. I called back and asked for a manager he acted like he was the manager I said this sounds like the same person which it was he called me so many names that I can't repeat I believe I was scammed and now my personal information is with this phone numbers custody and I am not comfortable knowing that which I might have to take legal actions for this kind of disrespect, fraud and stealing peoples info.
