My mother just told me that they left a message on her voicemail stating this was a "final attempt" and they were looking for me. Have no idea who these people are. If they start asking things listed in the above posts there will be problems. I know for a fact I have never had a payday loan in my entire life. What a bunch of creeps!

He is calling me now and wants money and that paperwork is pending and legal action. It is true that anything past 3 years can not have legal action taken. This is something from 5 years ago. What a jerk!

NO IDEA who this is. Caller ID was blocked. Stated they were Mark Steinburg with CAG Associates and there are pending allegations against me and inquiring as to whether or not I still have custody of my children??? Were screaming and threatening. Hung up on immediately and blocked VERY VERY DISTURBING

I received a call from these people at work, home, and on my cell phone. I have no clue as to what they are talking about and I asked them to provide proof that I owe them for a payday loan back in 2005 the guy said. I asked for proof showing I signed for this debt etc.. not just on a company letterhead saying I owe them money. He did mention court and legal fees, etc.. but he would have to proof that I owe them.

person and automated voice calls family members claiming they are trying to get ahold of me. very loud and threatening, Yesterday the one that was left claimed "we need her signature. This is a final attempt.

cap and associates..creepy people threatening legal actions on a payday loan i never had..they should know that after 3 years legal action cannot be attained on a collection regardless.
