I got a call from a guy name mac and he said i owe a payday loan to advance america.
he said i had to fill out the fax papers and send it to him immediately. I'm not filling it out.
i had some payday loans and when i moved i lost my contacts i had with them.
in my state it's illegal for any online payday loan to give u money.

Worst scam ever. I have a grant i am still slowly paying on and they almost took me for a fool. I am 21 and am pregnant and these people are awful! I was so stressed out and upset after all the harassment and threatening. Shame on them for profiting from others misfortune and mistrust. I believe in the good of people and after the emotional harassment I hope this company of scum bags gets caught and make them see if they like being threatened, yelled at, and told their children will be removed and taken to foster care. I never comment but this time was enough. I believe I have the record beat with 86 calls, 23 messages. Xavier Marshall was my scam artist. There are a couple places that you should inform though: Attorney General's Office, Police, and FBI. This Is serious matters and if you can help someone else avoid this then report it. Im sorry to those who have lost money.

too have gotten calls from this number. I pleased them on my call reject list on my cell phone. this man with an indian accent has alot of compliants. i've noticed out of all the numbers i've research and found to have been made from fraudent companies there is bound to be at lest one indian male with a british sr name. to me he sounds like all the other indian male callers from anywere from advance cash with american legal services (fraudulant names they are not affiliatated with advance cash-and what american legal service????), to state investagater (but he will not give you what state and for what company he is representing), to strait out you owe use money and if we don't get $250.00 in two hours the police will be there to arrest you. Well with that last one i told him tht how long will they take to get here because i'll be waiting for them outside. Oh yah, almost forgot to tell you another thing he will use is that he is a lawyer and is filling a law suite against you for fradulant use of your own ss# and tries to gett your info. If they can't get it from you , they'll call your job and beginn toask for your personal info from them. fourtunatly, the line of work that I do is highly confadentual and no one can even say who is here or not, let alone any personal info. Just thought I give you heads up on this guy. Once again he sounds the same with no veration in his actual voice or indian accent. He will change his name and business name, but he will always use a british sr name. Yah that's not going to happen for a male of his indian background to take the sr name of his wife, and I doubt verymuch that his father is an english man. lol!!!!!!!!  I like to piss him off because it is easy to do. just simply keep asking him what the name of his company is and ask him to speak clearly because you don't understand. That really gets under his skin to the point that he will start acting unbecoming of a telamarkter. Have fun and I hope this info helps you.

I just called them because when I got home I had a message.  Thank Goodness for your messages because I knew exactly how to deal with these people.  First I asked to speak to David Brown, the man who left the message on my phone, after speaking to John Hudson AKA Tony Hudson, I was told that David Hudson was not available.  I was told to call back later and promptly hung up on! I then called back, I spoke again with John Hudson, he then started to yell into the phone, telling me I was being rude and that he hoped that I ended up in Jail for my birthday!!  This was actually comical!!!  I then asked him for his Bar certification number, which was met with his yelling back to me about how " he didn't want to work with me!"  I kept asking about his bar number,  I even stated every law firm and legal agency has one, give it to me and he kept his mantra " I do not want to deal with you......I do not want to deal with you!!!   Then I asked him what kind of law firm was this when the person who supposed is "trying" to deal with "helping someone" is so beligerent and rude.  Then he called me rude and stated that he would never help me.......  First of all then is this "  David Brown"?!  I don"t know, it did give me an opportunity to get some frustrations off my chest!  Hope he never calls back!!!  In these economic times  it is sad to think that there are people out their praying on people for money, they obviously don't care if you can barely make ends meet, let alone keep feeding you families.  There should be severe punishments for people like this.

Just got a call from this guy, said he was from Brooklyn NY. Said I owed a loan and legal action would be taken.

I receive calls as mentioned above to other people, yes he has a heavy accent and cannot understand him with plain american names.  They are crazy and always change the name and supervisor must speak to me immediatelly.  When you keep asking questions about who they are collecting for and how much and why, he gets all upset and will hang up at times or keep asking can you hear me.

BIG TIME SCAM

My BF got a call just like this.  I freaked out and tried calling the number back only to find an unknown full voicebox.  Same as all the other comments.  Indian-accent David Brown from ACS.  Said there was a lawsuit against the SS number and to call back immediately.  Glad I saw all these comments and didn't fall for it.

Just received a call from a 000-000-000 number and I let i go to voicmail.  It was from a heavy Indian accent man whose name was supposedly David Brown from ACS and he stated that I owed him money for some payday loan that i never took out.  I called the number back that he left 347-416-5090 and I told him that I had already turned him in to the police and the FBI and he laughed and hung up.  These people are scammers.

I just wanted to let you know that I started receiving calls from this Scammer about a month ago and a few weeks after the first call, a random withdrawl was made out of my checking account for $29.86. Luckily I don't use that account and was able to see it immediately. I had to close the account and they continue to call now and again. We found that there was a connection between the call and the withdrawl so watch your bank accounts!
But I like the idea of pretending to be my own lawyer and see what they have to say to that!

Man who called had an indian accent said he was joseph anderson of acs legal dept thaat i failed to pay a loan. He kept callin g walk no. thraating court action.

Very funny - these scammers have been calling me for months. Now when I'm having a bad and I see them calling, I use it as an opportunity to vent some steam. :)

I actually called him back and said i was the lawyer of the person he called and that i was calling because he had requested her lawyer to call. and he put me on hold and never came back...lol! suck a loser.

This has got to be the funniest thing ever. The same guy has been harrassing me for about 2 weeks now. I finally decided I had enough I waited for his call and like call work he tried I'm going to do this and your and violation. I got a call from 347-416-5090 about a legal complaint pending on my wife. Since she does work for an lawyer figured I had better contact her ASAP! Turned out to be about a supposedly PAY ADVANCE that we never took out. He told her she was 21 days past due and that the bank acct it was coming out of had been closed. FUNNY! We never have closed a bank acct within the last 10 years. Smelled odd?? I called back and spoke to same heavy India accented  person who called me the first time named "Ryan"?

Told him I was going to contact the Attorney Gen. He actually told me that he was located in NY and then hung up on me. This got me angry so I called back and asked another guy  (same heavy type India accent) for an address and he gave me: 101 E Queens St, Brookly, NY. I Googled this and could not find it.

Idiot called me 10 times in 10 minutes. Each time I was ready and blew a whistle into the phone. On the 11th call I proceeded to read him the alert by the FBI dated 12/1/10, told him I had already reported them to the IC3, local law enforcement and the FBI. He proceeded to call me a b***h to which I replied some very unlady like comments. Finally, I have now blocked all calls from this number through my phone service and have also blocked the 000-000-0000 number as well.

I got a call from 347-416-5090 saying he is from a Law Firm and his name was Alex Mathew i got into a argument because he kept harrasing my job i found out through a lawyer they are not a law firm and they try to get extra money out of people, this guy you can't understand him

I knew this was a scam right off back. Same number keeps calling me, but my phone is broken , so i never answer the calls.I check my messages once a week. Some Indian dude keeps leaving me voice messages back to back. I haven't called the number for like a month. At first when he called I didn't understand nothing he said. Next, It seemed like his English  improved more and more  after each message. I can still tell he had an accent.  He said his name is Richard White. Said I was being sued and to call him back because its time sensitive.  What Indian dude you know goes by the name Richard White? Red flag!! I was never worried, but now he calling my work and my boss told me he asked for me. I'm like WTF!!! how did they get my work number? I did my research and came cross this site. Like most of the people here, the calls started after I applied for a loan.  the online site is called money mutual. I applied because of Montel Williams, plus i needed money for my bills.  Two weeks later, after i paid the loan back (200 dollars plus 60 interrest fee) someone company took 59.99  from my bank account using a fake check. I closed my account and the bank gave me back my money.

I keep getting these calls from scam calls like this. This call came from 000-000-0000 and then "Jeff Carter" with the same indian accent. They said that the number I should call is 347-416-5090.  This is getting old and they are going to come and arrest me. Well the only place they call me is work. I am done answering and thinking that I was in trouble.  Someone should take care of these calls.

Got a call from this # today. Very hard to understand with his very heavy Indian accent. Said my wife needed to call about a loan and problems. Obviously a loser! But will make banks aware. I am going to have fun with this one! What a W**KER! Will keep calling them I think.

Yeah,  Same here.  I'm not sure what ACS is, but I had the listen to the message 5 or 6 times...He said his name was Nealson...and I think he tried to say my name on the message but he either murdered it or said the wrong one.  Plus I'm currently not employed, so he will have fun contacting my employer who no longer exists.  Thanks bad economy, you saved me from a scam.

I'm reporting the number to the police.

Ok so this is interesting. I also received a call from this number, but they informed me their name was Richard White, from American Legal Services, upon researching, I stumbled upon americanlegalservices.com on their main page.. this comment was found:
