I got a call from this caller...the # was unknown & so was the name...but they did leave a message. A lady stating that her name was Cathy Miller said that she was callin from an affidavit company & they have recieved an affidavit from a company against my name & ssn. She then left the #3474165126 so that I could call her back. I have not returned the call but I am soooo desperate. Should I call back?

These people called a coworker of mine looking for me... After they called my job a few times... I finally was able to speak to someone.. They claim I took out a loan for $150.. Then deposited into my checking account and they want their money back... What really got me was this person was reciting my personal information... I argued w/ these people and when I said I wasn't going to pay any money back because I didn't do this... They would hang up on me...

Please do not give these (Indian) ppl any information of any kind, this is a scam, if they call you back tell them you have filed a complaint against them with Homeland Securities who is working with the FBI to help catch them!

Hi Kristen, i'm also facing the same situation over a month now and today they call my supervisor telling them the same craps. I really don't know what to do in that matter.

I got a call stating that me and/or my husband took out a loan and did not repay so I did some investagating and called my bank to see if and when a deposit was made my the America Advance USA and there was none made I went all the way back to when we first open the account and still nothing found.  So I called the # back and started asking question : when was the money deposit what is the amount owe and the # to the company that say we owe them money, the person kept hanging up on me so I feel like it is a scam and I told them to take me to court and I will pay them then cause they can not prove to me that we owe them.

I got the same call from the same number from a guy name Kevin black. he say it a serious matter because i took a loan and never paid them back. so i don't know what to do and paid them also sent them a copy of my id. what should i do. i don't know because they even got my 4 last ssn # right too...

i got the EXACT same message last week same name and everything i have been getting these calls for about 6 months sometimes they call me at work

I got 2 calls today. One for my husband and one for my adult son.  He left the name Xavier Garza.  He says he represents the ACS law firm.  He threatened that I would be in a huge legal mess.  His accent sounds Indian (from India).
After all this he did wish me a blessed day.

The calls are a scam and the website cashnetusa has more info on it, they have laywers working on the case, report your incident to them as well and hopefully something can be done about these crazy people.

I got a message from these people this guy named jack was looking for my husband. I haven't called them back. they say they have some legal matter to do with his SS# and want him to call back at this number. The guy is hard to hear and he has a very heavy indian accsent. This is a scam because this isn't the firsttime thishas happened to us. it happened to me 2 years ago and now they are going after my husband. this is crap they need to be stopped

I have been receiving the same calls and they were contacing me at work as well.  Has anyone been able to figure out a name of this company?  I will be contacting my attorney because this harrassment needs to stop for not only myself but for anynone who is dealing with the same calls.  If anyone has further information on these people I would love to hear back in regards to this matter.

I never got a call from the number but I suggest you guys also check out the number 347-416-5090 on this site because the number is so similar and the comments say that it was also a caller with an Indian/Oriental accent... who knows, it might just be the same people. ;)

I am getting calls from these people daily. The most recent caller has identified herself as Christina Parker. At first they were calling my cell phone number and I would just fuss them out and tell them where to go so they stopped calling me for approx 3 weeks. Now the other day, they called me at work and has since called my sister tellling her that I am going to be in huge trouble and that time is winding down. This is a shame that we have to harassed like this. There has got to be something we all have done or have in common that these people have hacked and gotten our personal information.

I just got a call from Luke Parker, before that it was another one. The calls were so harrassing that I recently had my cell phone number changed. Now they call my job harrassing me. I know they are a scam because when I act like I am NOT myself they go into detail about telling me to call them because I am in HUGE trouble and somebody will be picking me up tomorrow to arrest me.
We all know that Federal Laws mandate legitiment companies from being able to do things like this. A legitiment company will NOT even discuss your private affairs with a third party who is NOT listed on your paper work.

A woman with a heavy oriental accent called for one of our employees stating that it was a legal matter. She said her name was Kathy Miller and the number of her company was: 347-416-5126.When I asked again for the name of her company (she kept on saying that it was a legal matter), she said it was the FBI! I told her that, per company policy, employees are not allowed personal calls. She asked me why I was asking her information on her company and I told her that we were going to report her because was she was doing is illegal.

i got a call from this number from a melissa johnson saying that this was a legal matter concerning my ss# and that i owe money on a loan  from usa cash advance that i have no idea what this lady is talking about i have never taking out a loan online for anything. i think this is a scam because i called the office right back and got her well he said he was her boss and he was nuts i told them to call my attorney because this is crazy.

Also a call saying they were affidavit company  I got a LOgan Stone  I was told to give them your attn'y # and call BBB.

They guys are scum. Do Not Pay these guys anything! I live in the Bay Area (Cali) and we had a news segment that actually warned people about these scammers. Unfortunatly there isn't really anything we can do, because they just disconnect the number and get another one, and its hard to track them down.

I just received a phone call from that same company a rep named "Logan Stone" called me and he sounds like he is from India, and it was regarding my SSN.  I believe it is a scam because the number that showed up on my phone was "+052497347" and thet left the call back number of (347)416-5126.

I just got a call from a michelle Jones and they also called my work. I asked them for a date and letter of rep and they just hung up tried to call back no answer the number they left was 347-416-5126 they called from 152497347.. did a white pages look up and it showed a cell phone in NY? Let me know if you guys want ban together and do something about this.

I have read all your comments and I too have gotton the same damn phone calls saying that they were going to press charges on me and call the local police on me. They wanted me to give them 150 bucks from a payday loan that was outstanding... what?!?!?!? I don't have an outstanding LOAN with a payday loan company... But for some reason they also have my SS number as well as my checking account number as well! I can't even understand them when they are talking, this guy that called me his name was ROY PARKER lol So whatever f*** these people. I also have to change my banking info now too. People do need to get a damn life and get a real f****ng JOB! Yes, I am pissed off lol

Wow! I read all of your accounts on this phone number. They continuously call me. However, everytime they call and leave a message they yell and sound like they are reading a script. The one today couldn't even say his name and I heard him pause, grab a piece of and say "call Ben Miller!"?Seriously and telling me you know my social-so what! If you're putting charges against me then it won't be food for anything anyway! I chnaged banks because there are too many scam artists/companies out there. And honestly, do they think I believe them? Your're Middle Eastern and your name is truly Ben Miller that you read from a script! They are a joke. I might just answer to entertain them.

I have had the same thing to happen to me.  Joseph Williams from ACS called on 01/24/11 and said that I owe for a check that was outstanding and he was trying to get the money.  I asked him to sent me proof of the check. He told me he could not because it was an electronic transactions.  I knew that I had taken a pay day loan about five years ago.  I told him I was not going to sent him anything.  He had my SS#, bank info, and routing #.  He kept calling on my job, I told him to stop calling me.  He said he needed the money right then or he would take it to court.  He said he would have the police come to my job in minutes.  I told him to do that, he got angry and told me to put my supervisior on the phone. I said no and he hung up the phone.  This company is a fraud.

I received 2 calls at work today, the first these scumbags left a message with a receptionist that I had legal charges pressed against my social security number, left the phone number 347-416-5126 and the name Suzanne.  2nd time I took the call and told her not to call again.  Got home and had 2 messages left for me.  She called again when I was home and I asked to speak with her supervisor and he got on the phone and insisted that I had some payday advance loan and have not paid it, he stated 2008, 2009 & 2010.  He never got to the point of asking for a specific amount of money, mentioned the last 4 digits of my social, but gave an e-mail address that has never been mine.

I had a very difficult time understanding either of them.

NO!!!!! This is a scam!! These people are scammers...they had a segment on these scammers on our local news. Do not pay them any money. These are middle eastern people who u can't even understand, and threaten u. None of what they say is true. When they call me I tell them. I know this is a scam and to F off they usually stop, but I have noticed that they will call from different numbers. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM DO NOT PAY THEM.
