Got a call today 2-21-12 at 2pm, on my cell ... as usual, I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and I Google it to see what it was. I surely hope they call back though, I have a nice R Lee Ermey soundboard (free online) with clips from the movie Full Metal Jacket. Next time they call, they get to speak to him haha. There's others online too, such as Arnold Schwarzenegger. Have a little fun with the guys people. I'm debt free and don't owe a dime to anyone. My call came in from 347-320-0337. And they didn't leave a message either. You can always just ask them to please hold, and just put the phone down and walk away too.

Got a call from an agent bryan. These bozos are frauds. Actually fun to screw with. They sound like real hardasses. Don't let anyone be fooled or fall for this crap.

I had serveral calls from a man that stated he was detective MCcoy.  He threaten he was going to send the police to pick me up if I don't call him back.  I did call him back and got ext 4871286 also to leave a message.  This happen on 08-04 and 08-05

I too got three calls from them today.  The first call came from 105 (that is the only numbers to show up on my cell) and they called twice back to back so I answered it.  They asked for Tiffany and I told them they had the wrong number.  A couple hours later I got a call from 347-418-0337.  I didnt answer it as I didnt know the number.  They left a threathening voicemail that I didnt like for a Tiffany Sanders from a Ron McLeod.  The guy was the same one who had called earlier and he had a very strong foreign accent.  I called the number back and asked what business was it I was calling.  The guy was very evasive and told me his name was Frank.  I asked him for the business name again.  He said it was a law office.  I asked him what was the name of the law offices and he said "Legal Services".  I asked him was there an attorney in that office and he said yes.  I asked him the name of the lawyer and he said Steve McDonald.  I proceeded to tell him that he needed to let Mr McDonald know that I had already told them that there was no Tiffany at this number and hasnt been for the last two years so quit calling my phone.  I also told him that to inform this Mr McDonald that I had received a threatening voicemail and did not take it very lightly and would be turning it over to the BBB.  Then I hung up on him!!

Shane Watson called me to on my cell but he says he is from NY, New York but when its shows up on my phone it comes across as an overseas number; not grouped together. When i try calling him back he cant hear me and has to call me. I dont even have a loan threw the people he says it is with. Also very heavy accent, when he leaves a voicemail he has to talk real slow. Thanks for posting this cause i was scared S*** Less....

I have been getting the same calls this needs to stop, I thought I was the only one.

these people have been calling me and leaving rude and harsh voicemails.
they told me that i took out a loan, (which i never did) and i did not pay them back.
the could not tell meeh how much the loan was for and they were really rude.
they told me that I am going to get arrested tomorrow at my job and that I will lose everything that I have.
they said i will be in jail for 30 days behind this mess.
i never took out a loan.
but they knew my information somehow.
they call me so much it is unbelievable.
they call all times of the day and night.
they even continously call my work phone.
now this is not right.
i do not know what they want from me and how they got my information, but i never recieved any paperwork saying that i was going to be sued for an unpaid loan and i never recieved any loan..
i do not know what i am going to do.
i am somewhat scared that i will get arrested tomorrow..
but i did not do anything so what can i get arrested for?
they havent called me over the weekend, but i am going to file a police report when i get home b/c this is outrageous.

I started receiving these calls a few weeks ago. always when i was at work. So  a man would leave voice mails.  I finally checked one and he told me that if I didn't contact them soon "He feels sorry for what is going to happen to me"  They called again yesterday and I spoke with a woman with a heavy accent named Cynthia. she told me that i was the main suspect in a lawsuit and connected me with some man who was supposed to tell me the charges... they say I owe money to usa cash for a loan i never paid back that was sent to my bank acct. Of course i cussed them out and hung up. I called the bank and they said I have never had a significant amount of money deposited into my acct.  I called the people back and they had phone problems and ended up calling me back.  The chick straight up asked my what did i want and why was i calling them back... i told them I wanted a copy of all the paper work, the guy got on the phone and told me the only way i was going to get paperwork was when the litigation team showed up at my job with a court order, and told me I better get a lawyer.

I have tracked that it is a residential line in queens its a 2nd floor apt and thats all i can get

we are getting calls form this number saying your family is in a big legal mess and they have been trying to get ahold of me but i changed my number they are calling my moms phone because i used her as a reference how can we stop these people and they are using so many different numbers.

I also got a call from these wierdos and they said they were going to haul me to court for hanging up on them and they were going to ruin my credit because they have my social security card number. My credit is already ruined and flagged as I have been a victim of identity theft in the past. I would really like to see these guys take me to court for hanging up on them....hahaha and they said I was illiterate. I can read! I think they meant to say an idiot! I really just laugh this off. What  a scam!! Why would someone who doesnt speak english always get hired to be the spokes people for these type of fraud calls? Just sad sad lives, they have nothing else to do but make themselves more upset....:-)

This sounds like yet another fake payday loan collector calling from overseas. Their threats are empty and their rude tactics are illegal under federal law, the FDCPA. Do not argue with them, do not comply with their demands. Show them you know you have rights they are trampling.

Try demanding a mailing address or a full business name. If the caller fudges his answer or you cannot verify it, it's likely a PDL sham. Challenge their horse puckey threats; they often make rude remarks and hang up. As the bullies like to hassle people at workplaces, advise your employers and coworkers these calls are garbage.

The usual response to such a runaway debt collector stateside is to send a cease-comm letter and file suit. If you find a valid US address, please do so. Fierce consumer lawyers will leap at the chance to run such a case on contingency. However, being mostly outside U.S. borders and having no discernable addresses, these particular criminals rarely make it possible for individuals to punish them. Submit complaints to the FTC and attorneys general. The FBI is also taking comments on these hostile thugs. Pester anyone with proper authority until this fraud is investigated and smashed.

They call me a million times a day! I'm a 22yr old single mother of 2.. they called me about a month ago saying I owe over $1000 to their client.. that it was a $300 dollar loan plus the interest & legal fees.. they said that they were filing an affidavit against me for fraud charges... that the police were going to pick me up from my job or house on these charges... I must admit, they scared the crap outta me.. I've never been to jail, let alone put in handcuffs!!!! I called my uncle who is a retired police officer, & he told me that they are full of s***.. that even if I did owe money, that it is a civil matter & the police would not waste their time picking someone up on such issues!! These people call my cell, my job (after I tell them not to!) & now they call me on my brother's cell... this man, "brandon freeman" called my brother's phone & refers to himself as an officer one day, then claims he's a paralegal at a law firm the next.. he says his name is freeman, than in vm's claims he's brandon johnson.. they just left a message for me on my brothers cell that they were going to pick me up tomorrow for a 30day custody & that they were also going to pick up my brother & sister for a 15 day custody!!! He even said he was going to make our lives "miserable" Hahaha.. they use sooooooo many different numbers how can I report them?? Or where do I report them at?? I am getting fed up with this b.s.!!!!!!

message states " the very second you receive this message - it is from larry davis and am calling from attorney and legal services and there is an affadavit under my name" and call back number 3474180337 - insisting I return call and/or my attorney on file today -- and if I ignore, he can only wish me luck in very sarcastic voice - SAME horrible message left at my home, my cell # and my work# voicemails within a matter of 10 minutes

A Brandon Watson calledmy daughter several times wanting a payment of 977.21 and said if she didn,t he would have her arrested on Friday at her work and was very mean and harassing her to the point of tears.........she call me and I called the number back and he wanted a drivers license and a SScard fax with a letter and payment by this Friday.  I immediatedly called my lawyer and he said did she receive a suponea or letter to appear in court.  She says no and my lawyer told me to have Mr. Watson  to fax the loan agreement to me so he could review and contact the (supposed law firm).   Mr Watson screamed at me no he would suponea her and have her thrown in jail.  I said we would gladly pay this loan if she did it but we needed the agreement to show our lawyer first. He was screaming at me and I finally hung up.  I called the police dept and they said to block the caller.  My lawyer said to ignore Mr. Watson and it was a scam.

I got the call today(6-16-11) from the number  347-418-0337 saying its a law suit and he had my social secirity number and all.  he sounded like he was on some good stuff! Saying " you or the person that represents you must call me immediTELY" THAT A-HOLE EVEN CALLED MY JOB HARASING ME AND MY BOSS!!!!! I wish i knew who and where he was cause he would really need a law suit then

I just got a call this morning from them saying i would be arrested tomorrow. they said they werent a collectiong agency but a law firm. when i tryied to ask questions about them, they got mad and hung up on me.

I received a phone call threatening my arrest at work the next day if I did not make payment arrangement and give them information. ATTORNEYS AND LEGAL SERVICES. They claimed that i received an online payday loan from US Cash or one of it's companies in March 2011. I checked my bank account and did not find any loan to my account.

I received the same calls...they left 2 messages talking about i need 2 return there call, its time sensitive, and 4 me 2get an attorney. Today i return the call...cynthia left the message last nite, 2day i spoke with Norman Johnson and Adam Woods (heavy accents that u really couldnt understand what they where talking about) so i was asking alot of questions, when was this loan from US Cash tooken out, what is the name of the bank, he was really getting annoyed with the questions so i ask 2 speak to his supervisor. Guess what? The supervisor was Adam Woods, that told me 2 go borrow $500 and he will give me 2-3 hours to call back and that i will be arrested on Friday. I told them it couldnt have been me thats impossible. They told me i owe a total of $986.16...and i need 2 make at least a $500 payment 2day. I called my husband and he said google the name of the company. After i did my research i googled the number and i found this page and was so shock after reading the other stories. I thank u guys here because i think i would have found a way 2 pay this people to avoid jail, garnishments, and embarrassment.  P.S. it never even thought about the accent with the name...and all of u are right...an indian accent/middle eastern accent would not be paired with names like NORMAN JOHNSON, CYNTHIA, AND ADAM WOODS.

This man Eric Williams called my job yesterday and today. He said I owed a loan but could not tell me who he was representing and what the situation was about.  He told me I was going to be arrested.  He left a message with my co-worker today  stating  that I was going to be picked up and go to jail.  I was fuming and went into the restroom, called Eric, demanded to know his address which he did not provide.  I told him not to call my job anymore or I was going to find out who he is an sue his a**.  He said i owed pay day loans, I told him I don't owe anything and he better contact the creditor and straighten their a--- out.  I think the reason we are being harrassed is because we have received a pay day loan over the internet. Im changing my email address and phone number. I have learned my lesson about doing business loans over the internet.

i received a call today from tom harris he first left a very rude message then he called again i answered i had a feeling it was a scam so i gooled it while i was on the phone with him and found this site...boy did i curse him out then he sent me to his "assistant" i dont believe i she argued with me how proffessional is that

They called my cell phone im a single 19 old mom and told me i would loose basically everything even said i had a warrant i cried because i was scared i would loose my daughter today they called me at work. how are they getting mt numbers and do you think i could sue them.

received mutiple calls from a guy with a thick accent named Dan Brown..first of all there is no way a guy that sounded like that has a name Dan!!! but he is threating me to have me call or my attorney, and that it was time sensitive and legal matters would be taken if i dont respond to his voicemail, he also wished me good luck and said that events are about to unfold and they will not be good!!! first of all I work in a bank and I know I do not owe anybody money, this people are SCAM artist if anybody is able to obtain an address to these idiots please post it so I could contact the authorities, about the harrasment and threats they are leaving on my voicemail..I  am so glad i was able to find this post because I was concerned at first but then i started to think about what lawyers office would ever leave a voicemail with threats on it!!! I really hope these people get what they have comming to them to scare and worry innocent hardworking people, I would love it if team six went in there office and did a covert mission like they did on bin laden that would be some nice retribution lol

i got a phone call last night from a guy claiming to be some guy named brandon somebody...he read me this list of charges against and i better get an attorney if this matter is settled i can be detained in jail for 30days or some nonsense...he is claiming i owe over 8,000 from speedcash i told him i have been unemployed for months and nobody would give me a loan for that amount my partner then got on the phone he does debit collections he told him an earful i really need to know how i can report this to the ftc so this doesnt keep happening its illegal for them to be threatening jail for a suppose unsecure loan this is insane and they need to be put in there place and shut down for good
