I received a call today from the same Indian sounding person, who called himself Danny Rogers. Said he was with the "legal dept" and wanted money for alleged back taxes. He threated arrest by local authorities. Scary call because he did know some personal information, enough to make it seem real. Thankfully my son-in-law saw a news report about these people and knew it was a scam. I called the IRS today and YES it is a SCAM. Beware do not send them any money!
