They will not quit calling me either. Told me on voicemail wish me luck. Crazy people just need to get a job and quit harrasing a single widow mother

These people have many different numbers that they are using so please be aware of this. They have called us using 4 different numbers. Always the same guy though. When my husband called one back he got a female who answered.  The guy said his name was John. Also Austin Phillips, Mike Williams and there are many more. Please do not give these people your information. They couldn't even tell my husband who he took the loan out from!!!!!  He says he doesn't work for a company but will state that he works for the financial investigation bureau which is a federal company out of England and he also states that he is with the department of law and investigation who if you go to there web page has a long list of complaints against him as well as close to 40 numbers he has been known to use.

iI'm so heated rite now I can't even see rite these ooooooooooooI need to cus but I'm tryin to be KOOL these stupid a** foreigner call me and told me that at 11:00 am tommrow the police will be at my job to arrest me for a loan I never got !  An on top of that it was an on line loan I don't even have a computer (WHAT) I asked him how much was it an u no u dont no what n the F----- they are saying an then he had the nerves to YALL at me who n he F------ did he think he was talking 2 not me so I went bac off ask what court I suppose to report 2 he said his officers will come an get me an I better have an attonreny cus if not I'm lokin at 30 days in state jail I'm like what so I get to calling 36th dirstict court, Frank Murhpy, state troopers, dpd I called the Lansing Supreme Court house  I;m thinkin I b dam if I'm going to let anybody that I don;t no to arrest me and I don,t no any thing abot tis s***  oh hell nall so i finally got in contact wiith a det. from the state troopers office an he gave me info. telling me don't worry they don;t have arresting power an made me  feel at ease. He told me 2 google the phone # an thats where I found all you guys with the same problem. When I discovered it was a SCAM I got on the phone an cused them out so bad an I;m going 2 call them an play on their phone every time I think about them threatening me about (oh I 4got the loan was 4 $400) aint tat a B----- y would I be on line 4 00 $ they played on the rite 1 line now an it otta b a way we can sue them for playing and lying ti people. I'm so broke I would of never go on line or any where else an borrow money how am I going 2 pay it bac and where is the money that they say we got at?

Got a call from these idiots today scared the crap out of me im only 20 and didnt know what to do. to be honest these guys are scary. they basically called said there was a lawsuit filed against me and that if i didnt pay id get picked up pretty shady dtuff wow SCAM!!

I recieved a call too...at my Job..They was yelling at me and my Boss got the phone and they yelled at him; but he yelled back. Told them he would give this number to the FBI if they called again.
They said I would be picked up and took to jail. We called the police and they did not do anything, said it was a scam.

got called from a lady who said she was Cynthia Williams with New York Law Department....said me or my retained attorney need to call them immediately at 347-433-8915 and if not, they wished me luck as the situation unfolds on me...am going to use the links above to file report....first time in several weeks I've gotten one of these calls....

My 11 year old has recieved calls several times over the last two months.  Until now I thought it was a valid call and politely called them back explaining that this was not an adults phone..they then threatened me saying that the number could be traced.  After reading this I called them back and let them have it this time.  I was not polite at all and told them if they called any of the numbers back that I callled they would be immediately reported.

the caller, heavy Indian or similar foreign accent named "Alvin Russell"  said he worked for the NY City Law Department and that I was going to be arrested tomorrow, Thursday (today is Friday?).  Gave me an address of 1245 King Luther St. New York, NY 45219 - no such address in New York City but it is a UPS store in Nevada.  Transferred me to a man named "Paul Hensley" (who took two tries to spell his own last name correctly).

Same call previously gave me totally different address.

I received this call all day, could not answer, when I called it back it was a man stating I owed money to some loan...also had my sisters name and work place. I had the number blocked!!!

Hit this strong Indian accent guy in the head! They keep saying someone else name who probably owns this number ghat I just got a month ago! They don't have a single clue that people change numbers and other people gets other peoples old number. Anyway I'd like to thank you for this info.

When will these people get a clue.  They keep calling me for the past year from different numbers using different names for companies that include Federal department of law and investigation,  Williams and Associates, New York Law Offices and different names==Kevin Jones, Allen Smith, Micheal Martin, David Allen and all with heavy Indian accents.  Their speech is the same with that i or my retained attorney call them immediately and if not, wish me luck as the situation unfolds on me and God bless.

At one point, not this number but a different one, keep calling me on my cell and work number threatening to have me arrested and wanted to know where I wanted to be picked.  They refuse to supply any documentation for this suppose loan that I took which I did not.  They would not say what court that I was to report to the next morning and he called several times impersonating a detective, police and assistant district attorney with the same voice but different name and using the same number.  My office that it was funny but it got old really fast.  they still call my cell.  I am about to change the number to stop these calls but I am sick of them.

I have reported this to my local police, state investigation department and local district attorney and BBB.  Filed a fraud alert on my credit.  

Just to let you know, if you request a documentation for a debt, it has to be supplied.  
And I have not been arrested, picked up or any documentation has been sent to me.  SO IF YOU GET THESE CALLS, DO NOT PAY IT.

same as other numbers, man with Indian accent, generic American name.  says you owe money and you will go to jail unless you call back and pay.  blah blah blah.  blocked this number.
