Received several calls from this 1-347-441-5504 & all the messages can't be understood b/c of his very strong accent!  The last message was a little more clear but not completely except for the introduction saying this is Officer & the name was muffled then I tried contacting you several times about your legal matter & no word from you, so I will take further action if I don't hear from u by & again date muffled so call at this # ! This was a different # from the one in which he is calling!  I called the number he called from & the voice mail only states his name which not understandable but does not state what this company is! I feel this is a scam of some sort b/c I filled out some things online & have had unauthorized transactions taken off my debit card & found these companies don't even exist!  People have been calling me constantly & emailing like crazy!  All the online help for getting a loan is a SCAM PLEASE BE VERY AWARE!

This dude called me n said he workd with the fbi and to contact him asap about a legal matter.the message was and is scatchy because it faded back and forth like it kept going in and out and when he left a number that was different from the 347-441-5504 number. The number to contact him was a 607 area code number.

Got a call yesterday at work from a guy claiming to be a police officer with the fbi.

Scam artist!!

This guy called my work also saying it was urgent I call him back claiming he was an officer David Fox w/ the Brooklyn P.D. also w/ a very thick accent!! Luckily he called the Human Resources dept. and they took care of it for me! It is a scam!! Do not respond! Too bad we couldn't find this guy and ........!!

The same guy "David Frost" or "Crocks" with an indian accent but whatever......he said he is an officer and have legal actions against me for a loan and need to pay up. I applied for loans online but never went through with it. I've been getting calls like this in the past. I learned my lesson not to apply for this kinda stuff that doesn't secure any your personal information. And I noticed that these scammers always have a foreign accent...esp middle eastern. Never believe a word they say...this is how they scam people now. I just tell them that "You're a liar trying to scam me. I got your number I'm going to report you to the REAL POLICE." and hung up. He never called back.

I got a call from this chinese guy, named David Crocks? He was threatning me with legal matters. Saying that i was going to go to court and possibly get arrested for hospital bills that i haven't paid that went through a collection agency. He kept calling my cell phone and some how managed to get my work phone number and keptg calling my work place, harassing! I asked for his company name, address, supervisors name, badge number since he was supposedly a police officer. He kept studdering and got an attitude, so i gave him one back! He couldn't give me any infornation of a company, had his supervisor call me on the same telephone number and it was a another chinese guy that sounded almost the same. When i called and left them a voicemail, it was likea personal home voicemail. If it was a company it would of had there business hours and everything on the answering machine. After talking to his supervisor, they said my bill was for a loan that i supposedly got. So the story changed. Call me and told me it was for a hospital bill then turned it around and saying it was a loan. I knew it was a crock of s*** by then. David said he could only take a money gram. You know why. Bc that a***ole wanted to take my money and run, so they couldn't trace where they cashed it at. David said that he was going to show up at my door step in two days. So i welcomed him to come, to bring me proof and we would settle it. He did not like my response, so he posed a threat to call my work place and get me fired. Yeah, id like to see that happen. It is a fraud, do not, i repeat, do not give him any money or nothing. If he calls, just tell him not to call back or your contacting the police. And if David, is smart enough to do research and read this. Your a dumbass, get a life you low life bum. Oh, and he likes to go for the young people bc they don't know as much. Just ask him for  the company name, address, telephone number for the company, that youy want to speak to someone american, badge number, the police station he works for, and anything else. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. i almost got suckered but i have great familyu and friends that helped me realize this is a fraud scam. I wish someone would get him and put his a** in jail!!!!!

This guy officer David fox called my work and risk me that I own $800 to a cash advance loan! I did apply but never got approve! He told me if I don't pay than he will take legal action  and that I will have to go to court and I better have a lawyer! He got me scared!!! So now I see it's a scam! 3474415504 his number ! I ask the name of the company he didn't wanna tell me! Just call my work at he left his number!

I recieved a telephone call from this person who claimed to be a police officer, named David Crocks on 3/16/2011.  He claimed that I had written a check for $800.00 (but did not state who the check was wrtten to) and demanded payment immediately.  He also threatened to have me arrested for card financial fraud.  He actually left this on my voicemail.  I did not speak with him directly, but the telephone number showed up on my caller ID on my cell phone.

I just attempted to call this number back via a secure telephone line and this David Crocks answered the telephone with just a hello this is David.  I asked the name of the company, and he responded "I need to know what your name is so I can give you all of the details first."  I told him I would call back later.  I intend on contacting the evening news.

I got a call and he said his name was David Fox but obviously a foreigner and was threatening me with legal action regarding a pay day loan that I do not owe never did and it is a fraud and scam and their are alerts everywhere regarding this so beware.
