I am getting phone calls and emails about a loan I owe which I did not do a payday loan. This is fraud

they email me telleing me that i have a lawsuit and if i dont paid them 894.54 dollars that they are going to file to the courts and let the FBI . i dont know what they are talking about but i dont own nothing to them.

I got the same email, and I even called them ,  here's what they don't know, A: most north east states have banned "payday loans" I live in ny , where it is banned,  and since it's banned in ny, I would never be subject to court action in a court located in ny for a payday loans. If you ever get a email, or a phone call saying your going to be sued for a payday loan, ignore it!! N keep in mind? All court actions in the united state require you to be properly serves notice of court action, and lastly, check you credit, any financial burden or debt, will be listed in you credit score, and no creditor will take you to court, since to get the credit, one of the conditions you sign for is that you automatically take responsibility for the balance, with out judicial proceedings. You can also get them to stop calling you by telling them your employed as a layer or a cop, it works for me!

I also received an email stating that I owed $955.45 and would be taken to court if I did not comply. . .How are people like this allowed to commit fraud?

This number has being calling  me and emailing about a lawsuit and that I owe the $996.38  I don't know what this company is and I am not giving them a dime.

I received the same very poorly written email and traced the number to Brooklyn, NY.  I replied to them that I had their Brooklyn address and that I had reported them as FRAUD.

We should all do that (respond them and let them know that their gig is up!)

I just received an email to my work stating I owed money $810.45 however it I don't respond my SSN will be on hold (???- how do you hold a social security number??) and incur costs totalling 4769.87 --> "And once you found guilty into the courthouse then you have to bear the entire cost for this lawsuit $4769.87 which is excluding loan amount, attorney's fees, and the interest charges. You have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have one or if you can't afford then one will be appointed to you.
We believe that this was not your intent and that these steps are unnecessary" - THIS IS FRAUD - I DO NOT HAVE ANY SUCH DEBT!

i also got the same email . this is a fraud . the least they could have done was chosen different amounts for the cases they are all the same

I got an email that i owe money .We will be forced to download this case against you and once it is downloaded the creditor has entire rights to inform your employer and your references regarding this issue and the law suit will be the next step which will be amounting to $2274.16 and will be totally levied upon you and that would be excluding your attorney charges and the due amount pending on your name.

I received the same sort of email.  It would really be funny if it wasn't so sad that people are out there praying on those that are uninformed.

These guys are hilarious did you notice their signature in the email? United States of Attorney really come on if your going to try and commit fraud you have to be better than that. This is an offshore company trying to scare people into paying them money and it works a lot of the time. Just laugh at them when they call you on the phone they will get so mad you might even hear their real accent.

I got an email from ACS INC with phone # 347-468-8535 saying i have a case # with them that i owe them $963.89 for loan and they going to take legal action against and get themselves arrested. This is a fraud people beware!!!
