I received a message from a Ron Jenkons stating that I would be taken into custody by officers and would need to come up with 5,000.00 in court fines to appear in court regarding an unpaid pay day loan that I had taken out with EZ Cash Advance.
I was threatened that I would be punished the worse possible way for this and that they knew where I lived.
The phone number was 1-347-478-5918

I just got this SAME exact call.  Told him I was going to my local authorities, he said they would come pick me up at work today or tomorrow.  This is not the first time this has happened.  Said I had a loan with EZcash.com... never heard of the company.

I keep gettings calls from this number as well.  I called back a couple of times and they didn't answer and then they answered and a different person name Ron Jenkins answered the phone and said that I have to go to court and I asked him what for.  I told him to send me info since you apparently have my information so I can see what and who you are talking about.  The pay day loan company they mentioned I have never heard of.  So he hung up when I kept asking questions.  The call comes from several numbers and it is a recording because they say the same thing and have the same background noise.  I reported it to the FTC.  They are also of indian disent because they can't seem to speak plain english.  Bruce Wilson was the original caller that is on the recording.

THEY WON'T FAX ME ANY PAPER WORK NOR E-MAIL ME ANYTHING ABOUT MY LOAN, BUT THEY KEEP CALLING ME DAY AFTER DAY HARASSING ME

Simon... How do we know that you're not one of them...?  How do we know that YOU are not going to kill us?  I'm a single mom with 3 kids. This is serious!

I had a call too from Moses Matthew!  And another from another friend of theirs. I am glad I'm not the only one receiving these calls. I say we all sue them for harrassment!

I too have gotton a few calls from these crazy scary foreign friends of ours as well with this phone number. Only men tho... name is Robin Thomas.  I did sign up for a cash advance once when I had car trouble... with as much as I am hearing from others has anybody on this site taken out a payday advance loan of some sort or have you applied for one?   The first message scared the crap out of my since Im a single mom. Now reading posts from you all is giving me some relief.

This is a big scam I've been calling them all day with a redial app I got for my phone.  They have also use the phone number of 347-468-9550. I have called that number of 1000 times yesterday and started today but they stop using that number it just goes to voice mail. Which I also have access since I hacked there voice mail password and change there message saying it a scam.  Today I start calling 3474785874 but it also keeps sending me to voice mail. Ill keep trying since its free mins on my phone and the app is free. UNITEUSA@YAHOO.COM this is the email address setup so I can get new numbers for these bastered to harase them.  You should hear how many people leave messahes scare that they will be arrested. Mosty senior citizen.  I've called a few because I felt sory and told them this was just a scam

Received two different calls.  Stating they have a judgment against me. I don't owe them any money at all.  I have stated I am recording the call and have contacted the attorney general.  They still keep calling. I don't owe they anything!!!!!!!!!!!! And threatening to take me to court.

a man named jack martin has been calling my house for two days, telling me we owe $550 to a payday loan..they said they are sending police to my house if I don't fax them information re my visa debit card..or I will have a big legal matter on my hands.....we don't even have a pay day loan...

got a call from a Bruce Willis on a restricted call saying i am being sued.  I asked them a bunch of questions that they would not answer.  He said he is a federal agent and when i asked him his badge number,  he said that it is confidential and he could not give it to me.  had a run in with similar people that said they are going to come from california to ny and take me back with them so i can go to court.   SCAM all day long

Fraud Call.  Say I owe money and am going to be sued.

I just got a threatening from a eddie long and ron jenkins staying I would be going to my local court come  bring sued by easy cash advance for depositing money into my account and then attempting to take it back. I started getting angry like who is this can I find you in the bbb yet nothing I'm now scared seeing how I don't know what they are talking about our who they even are. Any help please?

I received this call at work.  They asked me to call them back immediately or have my attorney call them back.

has anyone gotten a message same as those left by this number but now from a different number? the caller id shows the incoming number as 529-466-05? there call back number is (310) 929-4155 however they say the exact same thing as the previous number....just giving a heads up....god this is getting old as hell...

Same thing happen to me they threaten me with Legal charges and said virtually the same as what they said to you just a different amount. This guy had an Indian accent but call himself Jack Martin

I just got a call from the same people , he said his name was Jack Martin and said they were Fileing a lawsuiet against me.I am calling everyone!!!!!!!!!!

They called me and called me, had a  middle eastern accent, his name was Jack Martin, his Supervison Oscar  who sounded like the same guy. They said i had a loan that was deposited in my acct , and they went to take money out and its closed account, and they are suing me. They claim to be the National Cybercrime Dept Brooklyn NY 11201  Badge ID 1011CY5644, i said a federal agency, he replied yes.  But funny thing is i dont have a checking account Nor have i been approved  for loans. I figured it was a scam, they hung up,  they told me that if i delay it will only make matters worse, in a threatening tone,  i told them that if they call back they are gettin sued for harrassment, they didnt call since.

Why would a federal agent keep harrassing me and then not call back when i get them on harrassment.  SCAM ALERT.

Ugh.  This whole thing has me so angry!!  I just filed a complaint w/ the FTC, I guess I should call the police, too.  Thank you for the number to the credit agency...I will call them as well.  They are not getting any of my money, for sure!  I pretty much told them to go to hell =)  I may have a lot of debt, but I know this is not for real.  Love your fax!  I am in Missouri.

WOW i called the state police here and filed a complaint and they did verify this is a SCAM and when i told the officer they knew my soc number he said to contact the credit agency 800-680-7289 and flag your credit what it means is that whenu apply for a credit card you will have to do different things to get it. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY OR YOUR ID to these flippin idiots cause once you get it to them they can now open credit accounts in your name. They in fact called me this morning wanting this fax, which i did fax them a very nice (LOL) paper and a copy of my middle finger, here is what i was told too do, ignore the calls and let them leave messages then when they threaten you have it on voicemail. what state are in michelle?

Well, I did end up calling back today.  I just wanted to see what would happen.  I was told I had to verify who I was in order for them to give me any information.  I told him no way was I going to give him my ssn, he said he had it & read it to me...I said it was me & now that I proved who I was, he could prove who he was.  He said he was a federal agent who was going to haul me off to jail & laugh in my face!  I again asked him what I did, who I owed & how much.  He said "You think you can just steal peoples money & get away w/ it" !  I asked once more whoes money I stole & he wouldn't answer me.  He then said I commited internet crimes!  I asked what kind...no aswer, of course.  I also asked him why a federal agent was working at a law firm, but he wouln't answer that, either.  When he told me again he was going to come to my place of work & haul me to jail, I said I thought he was being threatening...that is when he hung up.  Oh...one more funny thing he said to me was "I don't know what language you are speaking"  I found that really funny since I could hardly understand him!

michelle i just got the same call with the exact same words used to me as u have written..now however u did get the name right cause i didnt even UNDERSTAND what 90% of the conservation was..

just got this call to and holy crap...was scary as hell..as stated above i too would be arrested and Hauled ti court says i owe 595. and change but yet these flippin idiots could not tell me the name of there company...

Just received a call from this number both at my office & on my cell phone.  The message left on my cell was from a Moses Matthew & he wished me luck with the situation as it unfolds if I chose to ignore this phone call.  But he suggested I call him back NOW.  I don't think so.

Received calls at work and home phone. Was called on a Friday and told I had to go to court on Monday, what court I asked?  Answer- your local court.  What court room?  Answer- I don't know Who do I owe?  Answer- I don't know, you have to go to your local court.  Finally as asked for documentation and was told it would be sent.  As of this day 3/16/11, no documents received.

This is a scam. If you owe debt, you can be sued in civil court but you will not be arrested because arrest is reserved for severe crimes like robbery, not for owing debt. This is a well known scam. Do not give any info or money. Get a whistle or air horn and blow their ears off.
