I received a phone call from 347-478-5882. A lady named Ms. Hawthorne said I owed money from an online payday loan. I paid them $150.00. she kept calling me from an Atlanta number them she started calling me from a 347 number. After I spoke with her today and asked her to send a letter of indebtedness, she said that her company (Delanor kemper and Associates) don't send out letters and that it would take 2 days before I received an email. Please watch out for these people and don't let them take advantage of you.

these people are scum.  they called me and told me that the cops were coming to get me at 11am.  well, no one showed up.  i got them to stop calling though...  i called them back and started quoting bible verses and telling them that Jesus Christ was going to come down from the heavens and take them straight to hell.  i called back about 5 times and left them voicemails doing the same thing.  the calls have stopped.  i am not a religious person, but it worked!

This company is a scam they wanted me to give them my debit card so I can pay a debt I never had I told him know he asked to speak to my supervisor  , I'm lucky I have a compnay thats great they  blocked the number  for now but if they are using other companies names to get  through something needs to be done about these people. These people are rude and I called the police  already.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM APRIL AT WORK STATING SHE WAS WITH THE CYBER CRIME DEPARTMENT AND THIS IS A CRIMINAL MATTER TO RETURN HER CALL..... AND THEN TODAY I GOT A CALL FROM SHANE ON MY CELL WHO SAID THERE WILL BE A FEDERAL POLICE OFFICER AT MY JOB TOMARROW TO ARREST ME IF I DONT TALK TO HIM AFTER I TOLD HIM THIS IS A SCAM AND TO NOT CALL AND HERASS ME AT WORK OR ON MY CELL AGAIN AND HE WAS VERY RUDE YELLED AT ME AND THEN HUNG UP....... THANK GOD FOT THE INTERNET AND PEOPLE WHO TAKE THE TIME TO COMMENT ON THESE MESSED UP PEOPLE AND THERE SO CALL BUSINESS!!!!! TO BAD THE AUTHORITIES CANT TAKE CARE OF THIS AND STOP THE HARRASSMENT...............

The Office of Cybercrime began calling 2 days ago.  The caller demanded I pay for a loan I never took out.  Not only did he have my information but he also knew my fiance's name (very disturbing).  He did not "threaten" overtly as in physical harm but intimated that harm will come to me should I not give him money (so much so that he "wishes me luck as things unfold").  When I asked for pertinent information, such as company name, address, I was put on hold.  They have also left messages demanding my attorney contact them or they cannot be held for what might happen to me (the # they left was 347-478-5898).  I have reported this event with IC3 (FBI Cybercrimes Unit) and the BBB.

Kevin Spencer called me at work.  Left message indicating that it was quite important that I call him back --- ended call with him wishing me luck as things unfold.  This is a scam.  I don't owe any payday loans--he doesnt identify what company he is calling from but he thinks he sounds important -- though he is difficult to understand with his Indian accent.  Don't pay these guys anything, dont give them the time of day--they are not worth it!!!

this is a scam.  they want money for a payday loan that was never made.  i told them i reported them to the police, my att. and my bank.

Same guy (Kevin Spencer) called me at work and on my cell. These people must not know our legal system b/c he threatned to take me to the Supreme court! LOL idiots can't even scam people right. The sad part is the companies who sell your information, they are willing to have people's identities stolen and money taking from they're accounts just to make a buck. It should be illiegal to sell someone else's information. I hope someone stops these people and they do some serious jail time

I received a call from phone # 347-478-5898 a few days ago and he said his name was Kevin Spencer, (only with an Indian or middle eastern accent) and sounds like it is the same type of call.  He left a messsage on my answering machine, saying how I had to call right away, but of course didn't identify his company or any type of account number. Said he would need to hear from my attorney, etc.  And, at the end of the call said he wished me luck, as the situation unfolds, if I didn't call back.  I did return the call, being curious, and the number was unavailable.  

Today, I get a voice message at my work from phone # 760-933-8136 - same type of accent this time saying he was Inspector somebody and that I was being sued.  Tonight, I called this number back and a man picked up VERY RUDE, and I told him not to call my work anymore, so he said tomorrow my manager would get a call.  Wow, totally unbelievable.  I have no outstanding payday type loans that anyone would be calling about.  These people need to be stopped.

I just received a call from Shane Wilson today (12/15/10) saying there was a lawsuit filed against me and i would have to go to court to find out what it was in regards too.  Also a middle eastern accent.  when i asked for the county and state the lawsuit was filed in, he started to yell at me saying that he gave me that information already (not true).  I also asked for the mailing address of Cybercrime (the company he worked for, supposely) but he would only say it was in Brooklyn, New York.  He hung up on me when i asked for more information.  So I called him back pretending to be my attorney and no one would answer.  I left a message saying the phone conversation between my client "me" was recorded and was being turned over to the Attorney Generals office in my state and to not contact my client again.  they just now tried to call me again from (347) 478-5898.  I didn't answer.  It is fraud but i just wanted to mess with the guy some.

TODAY IS 12/1/10 IRECEIVED A CALL FROM A MAN NAMED SHANE WILSON WHO SOUNDS LIKA AN INDIAN FROM INDIA I DO NOT KNOW HOW HE GOT MY PHONE NUMBER AT WORK I WAS SO EMBARASSED SOME LEFT THE MESSAGE FOR ME TO CALL HIM BACK I KNOW IT IS A SCAM ! PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE ANY MONEY

Same thing just happened to me at work tonight!  Are they still harrasing you? What do I do?! What do I tell work.

I have received the same call from the same April Shaw. I work for a law firm that handles bankruptcy and also practices with the FDCPA which is the Fair Debt Collections and Practices Act. It is illegal for them to harrass you and for them to threaten you in any way. The second I mentioned the FDCPA I was hung up on and then when I called the number back, I was refused a supervisor. Also a violation. Unless they have court orders for garnishments, the cops can't do a thing because it's a personal debt. So don't worry, this company has no leg to stand on, and because of the violations of the FDCPA the debt may be voided. Tell them to not call your work, if they do, or give any information to anyone other than you, as they did with me, (they gave our receptionist a lot of information which is considered 3rd party collecting and is also illegal) then you can file charges against them and because all collection calls have to be recorded, that's the proof of the violations, if they don't have the recorded calls, then that again is a violation and they will be prosecuted. You should pay any debt you owe, but they need to follow the law too.

I'm a receptionist at a Human Care Services company, and I received 25 phone calls from a man claiming to be from ACS.  He was trying to get ahold of a coworker.  When I told him she was unavailable, he shouted at me.  All the calls after that were him just shouting her name over and over at me.  Even when I told him not to call again, he kept calling.  I looked up the name of his company, and sure enough, it was a scam. I told him I knew it was a scam, and that the Attorney General had been called, along with the police, and he stopped calling.  A week later, this same man calls, different name, different company name (Legislative Branch of the Department of Justice, I mean really?), same thick middle eastern accent, undeniably the same man.  He was a lot friendlier (if you call just hanging up on me friendly) when I told him not to call anymore.  This same man, with the same accent, has now called using 6 different names and 4 different company names, along with a multitude of different phone numbers.  The way this company works is they buy your personal information from payday loan places, both brick-and-mortar and online, and call and harass you, trying to scam your money right out of your pockets.  I'm sorry that any of you have had to deal with this creative, awful man and his pathetic attempts at fraud.

I received the same call from the same number.  I spoke to some guy named Jeffery and he was very rude.  I was very confuse with the ssituation bc I know for a fact I didnt have unpaid payday loan.  I was trying to explain this to Jeffery and he would not let me talk.  He could not tell me what company the loan was from.  He stated that I had to 2 to come up with $872 .00 to pay the disclaimer amount.  When I hung up; I talked to a friend of mine that is an attorney.  She stated not to give any money bc this was a Scam.  Jeffery called me back around 1:30 stating that my time was up and he would see me in court.  When I told him that I had talk to my attorney and that I was advise that by law he had to provide me with a copy of the lawsuite.  Jeffery called me a Bi*** and hung up on me. These people are out to get money from people.  DO NOT give any money  it is a Scam.  I was on the verge of giving them the money bc I was scared.  Thank God I didnt but the only thing is that these people had all my personal information,...... Be carefeul

They have sent notice to my employer, since i refused to talk. I may loose my job if this happens again, this people are very unprofessional and rude.

I received a call from April Shaw of Cyber Crime. This is a New York phone number.  This company said that I had a payday loan with CashNetUSA this is not true.  I turned the loan down.  I was told that the sheriff office was on the way.  I had to listen to what he said do not interrupt him.  I called CashNetUSA they acknowledged that I did not have a loan with them.  This was a fraudulent group.  I was told that when I tryed to get the loan I went through a lead provider.  When I was looking for a payday loan I put my info. into a search engine and my information was given to a lot of different companies. ALL I CAN SAY GET THE COMPANY THAT THEY SAY YOU OWE. CALL THEM AND PUT THIS CYBER CRIME GROUP ON THE FRAUD LIST. ALSO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.  NEVER TALKED TO APRIL SHAW JUST HER SUPERVISOR.

I am getting calls from this 347-478-5882 where I work and they are stating that I owe money or I will be arrested.  First off I do not owe anyone anything.   This harassment needs to stop.  It is awful that these people aren't caught.  This time it was this # and they lay low for a while and come in with amother #.
Please help all of us that are getting these calls.   It is hard enough to make a living and when they are calling you at work (28 times in one day) you could be fired.

I got a call from this number saying I took out a payday loan online and never paid it back and they are sueing me.  I called my local police department and they said it is a SCAM.  These people want money today and they will not sue me otherwise they said I have to get a lawyer and go tot he courthouse.  I asked them in which county and they could not tell me.  DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMERS ANY MONEY!!!!  The bad thing is that they have my address, phone number, social security number, bank account number, where i work and my work number.
