I received a call at my work I am military and this harassment has not stopped after numerous times of asking them not to  call and telling them it is not ok for them to be calling a military line even my supervisor stepped in said something to them they even called my supervisor a mother f****r on a military line? Really? wow! I am getting tired of the harassment calls they won't stop and it sucks! Anyone knowwhat I should do?

I almost forgot to add that they have another phone number 347-479-1472.

I just received a phone call from Moses Matthew regarding the same baloney that everyone else lists on the site.  It scared me at first, but husband, who is a prosecutor, said there is no such thing as a National Cyber Crime unit.  Plus if I was getting sued, I would receive paperwork served to me.  I knew it was a scam, especially when the phone connection was so poor.  I am so glad I found this site with other having the same issues.

This number keeps calling my cell and my work claiming I owe money and to get an attorney. This is a scammer company. They are not real, you can not leave a message....DO NOT BELEIVE WHAT THEY SAY TO YOU. Hang up and report them here and to the FBI.

michelle martin; heavy indian accent; dont ignore call; blah blah blah; but she keeps calling my job and i'm afraid if it keeps up i may get fired; who do i report this to?  what agency? she's not the first call of this type i've gotten; the other two got lost when i threatened to sue 'em.

i just received a phone call from really nasty guy threating me and called me a A-hole.  I called mytelephone comapny to see if there is anything I can do and they said they could only block the number . I want this comapny to pay for the threathing phone calls I keep receiving . If anyone has a solution let me know. I want to put a stop to these jerks.

MY SISTER GOT SO STRESSED FROM THESE CALLS SHE HAD TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. I HAD ENOUGH SO I GOT SOME FRIENDS TOGETHER AND WE BLOCKED OUR PHONES AND CALLED THESE IDIOTS NON STOP FOR THE LAST FOUR HOURS. THEY ARE GETTING FURIOUS! THE AUTHORITIES OBVIOUSLY CANNOT STOP THEM SO ITS TIME TO FIGHT BACK!

It's a SCAM!!! Rude, threatening lady named Michelle Martin. I have had these people call me before from a different number. PLEASE report this to this police so they can by stopped! I have filed fraud charges against these people and they (these criminals) obiously are not stopping until more people tell the authorities!!!

I too received a call from a Jack Martin (gentleman with a ver thick accent) yesterday.  Said for me to listen to what he was saying and not to interupt him.  He said he was from the National Cyper Crime Unit and that there was a legal complaint against me from a place called EZ Cash for an overdue loan.  I told him I've never taken out such a loan.  He was very rude and when I would ask questions about the complaint, he would cut me off and keep telling me if I didn't pay him X amount of dollars, I'd have to appear in court.  He then tells me to fax my SSN#, copy of my drivers liscense and other info and that if didn't do it by 5pm - I'd need a lawyer.  He knew certain personal info about me which had me worried.  These people need to be stopped!

I received several calls on my land line and cell phone, from a person by the name of Jack.I was threaten with legal action if I or my attorney if I didn't return his call

First i would like to say I am glad Im not the only one receiving calls from these people. The person who call me said his name was Jack Martin who also had a foreign accent. He told me that there was a lawsuit against me from easy payday loan that I have not paid. I told the gentlemen that I had no such loan. Then he proceeds to tell me that I have until friday to take care of this. When I asked him what is his email address and the phone number of the company or website so I can contact them he said he did not have that information. Granted they had all of my information correct. But when I asked about this information to contact the people he got mad with me and said why do you need that. He doesnt realizes Im a government employee who work closely with security for the governement. I will be reporting this to them.

They called and threatened me, and when I asked for information to relay to my attorney, they kept hanging up on me.

I got a call from this indian guy stating his name was john mathews, he told me that I had to shut up and listen to everything he was saying and that I could not be rude to him, I listened to him explain what the debt was about, as he was talking to me and telling me about the debt I asked him several times if he had proof of this debt and a signature from me.. he told me he didnt need that information and that I had fraud charges against me.. I pulled up my account information while I was talking to him and told him I didnt receive the amount of $500.00 dollars from easy cash advance.. he had me scared and crying for a while, I told him to F**k off and called my husband right away. My husband came home and called the number back and told him he wanted the name of the company, the indian guy told him he did not need to give out that info, So my husband told him to Eff off and go to hell.. Its a scam and you should not worry about it but keep the phone number in your phone for the future:0)

I just had a phone call from these people.  I did not answer it because on my caller ID it showed up as a Square symbol so i didn't answer.  He left me a horrible message that had me worried.  He was threatening me in his indian language so he was had to understand.  The red flag in the message how I knew that it wasn't real was the fact that I know an Indian guy with a strong accent like that is not named Jack like he claimed.  He called twice both times i let it go to voicemail.  My wife told me to google his number and I did and I found this forum.  Thanks alot everyone for informing me.  My heart rate is going very fast.

my husband got a call today saying that him or his attorney needed to call him back. Then when we call back it goes to voice mail. Then when they call me back they  hang up on me.

I have been recieving calls for about 2 months now. I have only spoken to someone once and when I told them I had no such loan they said it was from back in 2008? wtf?? message I was left this morning "This is Alex Strut you or your attorney need to call me back do not try and ignore this message, If you do then good luck I will need it."

i received two message saying that myself or my attorney need to call them back they didnt say what for or who they were with. also said that they wished me luck stating i neded it.its illegal to leave a message more than once and to keep calling

Harrassing calls to work. Threating my boss.

Ive recieved the same calls two days in a row. First time he said his name was Samir Jones then the next day Nick Anderson. When I told him I work for the AG office and was going to forward his voicemails and phone numbers he told me he had the wrong person and hung up. Get a job A-hole !!!

I HAVE RECIEVED 2 PHONES CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER THEY WANT ME TO CALL BACK. THEY LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE SAYING IF I DONT CALL BACK ALL HE CAN SAY IS GOOD BYE AND BEST OF LUCK THATS MESSED UP WHEN U HAVE CHILDREN GETTING THIS MESSAGE AND THEY CALL U CRYING

My husband continues to receive these calls and when I get on the phone requesting the name of the company, the man just tells me he doesn't have to give that info. When I explained what the law is regarding fraud he hangs up. I call back and continue to call back until he lets it go to voicemail. At one point he told me to F*** off and go to H***. Then he transfered me to my own husband's cell number. I am going to the local authorities with the different phone numbers they have called from and reporting them. Everyone should do the same. If there are enough complaints then maybe they will stop.

I also recieved a call from this number. A very irritating man by the name of Moses Matthews keeps calling my cell and work claiming to have some lawsuit against me for a payday loan from cash advance (I never even recieved) that he claims I now refuse to pay back??!!! It's scary because he repeated my vital info back to me in attempts to convince me that I really DO owe him money...I do have a payday loan (that I'll never do again) but it's with a completely different company and my pay off date is next week for it! I informed him that I work for the federal government and I'm aware of this scam, he replied that " oh, he's so scared of what I might do" and hung up on me...so sad...

I received phone call from this number stating they are a Cyber Crime division and there is an affidavit stating I owe money.  They told me I owed diff amounts several times.  Then they told me they have been send me emails, however I have never received any.  I asked to show proof of the debt and the complaint they stated they didn't have to.  I also asked for their address so my atty can contact them they would not provide it he hung up on me.  They claim it was a debt from  Pay Day Advance.  Never happened they wanted me to set up a payment arrangement to keep from going to court.  They threatened to have policeman come to my work the next day and arrest me.  It didn't happen.  This is extremely stressful and a total scam.
