This guy called me at 650am and i have a 4 month old. i thought they were not suppose to call before 8am. He also threatened my boyfriend a few weeks ago. also i never got anything in writing from them i think  it is a scam. how do i keep themfrom calling me

If this person has threatened you in any way make sure you file a complaint against him with the FTC, it is against the law for creditors to threaten jail or any form of violence, no matter what you owe them.  They have an online complaint system that you can utilize.

Mr Quinn keeps calling us also, he will not give us proper written inormation where any loan was signed. We did have a payday loan, but paid it off. He has threatened us and I am getting quite annoyed with his loud voice. He even scared my kid into thinking we were going to be taken to jail on the answering machine.

Got the same call from a John Quinn at this number.  Why does he talk so loud?  I had to decrease the volume on my phone just to listen to his message.  He didn't give any details about what the call was about just to call him back.  But judging by the previous posts, I doubt I will be calling him back and deal with his nonsense.  I am sure it has to do with a payday loan that I paid off and refused to pay their additional fees so now they are trying to collect on it.  They have called me from a couple of different companies problem is that I moved since then and they no longer have my correct personal info.  He can call my job all he wants and I will sue him for harassment from that loud talking voice alone!  I found these details about them on the internet:

This guy also  called me john quinn they dont leave me alone they called me at 7am and qoke up my baby. They say i owe them money for a payday loan fron a few years back.i donno  if i should believe him or if it is a scam.

I got a call from this number he didn't leave a name just the a said for me to contact him @ the number above n that he was calln from NewYork scam

I keep getting these crazy calls and the guy speaks bad english...he claimed at first i owe him money and now he is calling being very vulgar....I just want it to stop any advise?

This guy John Quinn called my employer and told them I owe him $1000.00.  He gives them personal info about me which is not true.

I received a call today from a Mr. Quinn who informed of a $700 debt I owed, so I requested the necessary documentation from him. He proceeded to read back some of my personal information, so I informed him that I have had ID theft in the past, and that I would need proper documentation providing with the original creditor. It was at this point that he told me to either pay or I would be sued. I asked to repeat that, and he said again that I could either pay him now or be taken to court, and I would have to pay all legal fees. This company is Delanore, Kemper & Associates LLC 221 Peachtree Rd. Ste 473 Atlanta, GA. 30309. They must also have offices in New York, since this Mr. Quinn called me from New York. I don't think he truly knows the law, so don't trust him or this company.

I got a call from this same john quinn he told me i owed 810 dollars for a payday one loan from back in 2008. mind you he called me at work and had all my personal info. told the man i would call him back by thursday. went home and call the company he said he was collecting for and they only use one company and not the one he was calling from. this lady informed me he was scamming me and to give no bank info. so i then called this number and left a msg stating they dont have my bad debt and will get no info from me and they have til i call back on thursday to give me info or i was reporting them to the police. we will see what happens.

THEY CALLED MY WORK AND SAID HIS NAME IS JOHN QINN. I CALLED HIM BACK HE SAID I OWED $805. HE SAID WE CAN HANDLE IT NOW OR GO TO COURT. I SAID WHO DO I OWE THIS MONEY TO HE REPLIED YOU KNOW WHO. I SAID SEND ME IN WRIGHTING WHAT I OWE AND WHO I OWE IT TO. HE GOT MAD YELLED AT ME AND SAID SEE U IN COURT THEN HE HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK AND HE SAID DO U HAVE YOUR HEAD STRAIGHT U CAN EITHER PAY RIGHT NOW OR I WILL SEND A SHERRIFF TO YOUR JOB TO SERVE U I WENT TO ASK HIM A QUESTION HE CUT ME OFF AND SAID I WILL ASK THE QUESTIONS AND YOU WILL ANSWER THEM PERIOD I TYHEN RECITED THE LAWS IN THE FAIR CREDIT COLLECTIONS ACT OF 1974 HE HUNG UP AND I HAVENT HEARD BACK IF U GET A CALL REPORT IT TO THE FBI TRY TO RECORD IT.
