Called my work as "Kevin Smith". I made sure that my coworkers know about this scam.

I also rec'd a phone call from person with an Indian accident saying he was "Ron Jenkins" and left a very disturbing voicemail message on my work phone saying that my lawyer needed to contact them and that I was going to have criminal charges filed against me.  When I called back and asked for this person I was put on hold and then was asked to give my name and phone number.  I told this person that I will report them to my state attorney general, the FTC, etc. and he told me to go ahead and also notify the CIA and FBI because my local police will not scare him and he hung up on me.  I'm sick of these people.  This is the second phone number that has called me and pulled this crap on me.  How is it that they can get away with this when complaints are being filed with the appropriate agencies??

Kevin Stewart called me from this number claimimg to be from the Back room of the National Payday Loam Crime Agency. Wanted me to send money not to be sued in court. I told him i was recording the call to give to the FBI,FTC and my local law enforcement. I told him to come serve me and he hung up. Since then only an answering machine. I hate these people.
