I got two texts from this number saying it is a security notice from Mid-Illini CreditUnion, but it doesn't make sense since I don't live in Illinois anymore, nor do I have any accounts there.  So I went to the Mid-Illini CreditUnion website, and it says that "THIS IS A FRAUD ATTEMPT!".  So obviously something nefarious is going on.
