Yes!  Same here.  During our peak hours...he literally started cussing me out on the phone because I asked to take a message because we do not accept personal calls during rush hours.  Then he called for 2 hours straight cussing at whomever answered...We just kept hanging up on him.  Now...I have his number and have started calling him...I just mute the line and hang up.  If he is legitimately "working", then he will have a hard time as did we.  Karma!

I got this message today,  I could barely understand what he was saying, as he didn't even speak in proper sentences.  Saying something was filed against my ssn and to call him.  This is the time time this has happened to me this year, different forgien companies.  So I will file against with fbi fraud department.

A person with a heavy indian accent keeps calling my work from this number saying the police are coming to arrest me for not paying a loan.

Ronald Jackson from ACLS American Credit Legal Service called and threaten me with arrest, law suit, my family, my job.

I just received a call from this number from a Ronald Jackson, very thick accent, saying that a law suit would be filed against me and I would be arreseted at 10am tomorrow morning, my family would be thrown in jail and I would lose my job if I didn't contact them back tonight. I contacted them alright and told them to come and get me and go to hell.  I have paper work that says I owe nothing to Cash Advance USA loan service and I hung up on them and then blocked their number.

We received calls from "Jordan White" 2 days in a row. He left messages on our voice mail system. When we call back Jordan has gone for the day - no matter what time of day you call back. We spoke with James Conner and Ron Franklin after that and they all sound the same.  They all refused to let us talk to their supervisor.  We googled online and found this to be a scam. They are trying to gather information about people in order to steal their identity.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!

Received a phone call from 347-491-5138 (and has happened before) I cannot understand the very well at all but they did know my ssn# which really bothers me! They are threatening and i think they say something about being arrested and loosing my job!

he is calling me from last ten days n i am still waiting for the police to come and take me he is a big fraud who try to scam innocent peoples on the behalf of your lenders name

This person is calling my phone telling me that he will come to my job and have me arrested for owing a pay day loan!!  Well I have had pay day loans but have paid all of them back so I do not understand this issue.  He has harassed me at work and on my cell phone.

I received a call on my cell today, number showed on id screen as all zeros, caller left message that there was
a legal matter that he needed to discuss with me and that if I don't return his call to 347-491-5138 serious financial hardship will come to me in the near future and my Fico score will be affected. The caller has a very thick accent but gives an american name. Don't give any information to this type of call as it will only be used to further harass you.

I RECEIVE A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING   SOMETHING ABOUT OWEING THEM MONEY OR SOMETHING  HIS NAME SURPOSE TO BE DON SMITH   HE LEFT ME A VOICE AT WORK  SAYING I WAS GOING TO LOSE MY JOB.AND I WISH HE WOULD STOP CALLING MY JOB PLACE.AND HE WOULD NOT STOP CALLING UP AT MY JOB HE CALLED LIKE 4 TIMES IN A WEEK. I LOOK THE NUMBER UP ON GOOGLE  AND THERE ARE A LOT OF CONPLAINTS ON THIS NUMBER FOR SCAMMING .

These people have been calling my husband and my cell phone for months now. Knowing it is a complete scam we dont answer or call back. Then on 8/7/2012 they called my husbands work and stated they needed a return phone call or they are going to garnish his wages. We never took out a payday loan. When I called to ask about the supposed lawsuit, I had to ask four times for the company name, and the callers name. I never did get a proper address. I informed him I needed the information to give to my attorney at which point he yelled at me and told me to give him my credit card information right now or I would be arrested. I told him he is ridiculous and before he tries to scare people he should really research debt collection laws so he can at least sound credible. He then hung up on me.

Received a call from a Frank Morgan with a heavy Indian accent was very hard to understand stating that my husband is in trouble for committing fraud.  Don't know how or where they got his name and my number from but this is definitely FRAUD,  I will be reporting it to the FTC.  Don't call them back.

A man named Peter Jones called my job stating i hv a case againist mty ssan and 2 call him back and when u call back all u hear is some foreign music the phone dosen't ring does anyone hv an address for them they are called Credit Repoters?

I have been receiving a phone call on my work phone daily for a week now from 347-491-5138 as well as when I have not been in my office they asked for me and was transferred to my desk to leave a voicemail message.  The person(s) that I have talked to and who have left voicemail messages are a Mr. Jordan White and Mr. John Smith both have very thick east indian accents stating they are from Public Credit Services.  They state I have committed 3 counts of fraud using my social security number and legally I am in alot of trouble.  I have told them numerous times that they are a scam and that I have reported them to the authorities and they need to stop calling my office.  They are wasting my employer's time and money because the receptionist in our office is constantly answering important client calls and taking unnecessary messages from these jerks who continue to call.  My employer is paying our receptionist a salary for his business and does not want her time spent answering these daily repetitive bogus, scam whatever you want to call them phone calls!  I am reporting it to the FTC and would hope that anyone else out there receiving similar phone calls from this same number will do the same.  Maybe the FTC will do something!!!!

An individual with a thick accent called me and said his name was Shawn Wood calling from PCS. he said that a case was being downloand against me and that I was going to be arrested for fraud.  They called  me at work and home on Friday June 27th and also today June 30th both at work and home. The call back number is 347-491-5138.  This is a complete scam. I have reported it to the FTC.

THIS HAPPENS TO ME EVERY NOW, AND THEN. THEY ARE VAGUE WHEN YOU INTERROGATE THEM ABOUT CERTAIN THINGS.JORDAN WHITE CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER AND WANTED ME TO SEND HIM MONEY AS A SETTLEMENT FOR A PAYDAY LOAN. I CALLED THIS NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES IN THE LATE EVENING, AND IMMEDIATELY GOT MUSIC PLAYING WHICH TURNED INTO A BUSY SIGNAL. WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE TO ANSWER IN THE MORNING, THEY DID NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE SAYING THE COMPANY NAME. IT IS BAD ENOUGH TO BE HARASSED BY THESE PEOPLE BUT THE WORST PART IS THEY ARE STARTING TO HARASS THE REFERENCES I LISTED. THIS IS CAUSING A LOT OF TROUBLE BETWEEN MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ME. ANOTHER TELLTALE SIGN THIS IS A SCAM IS THAT THE CONVERSATION ALWAYS ENDS IN THE SAME MANNER.THAT IS, WITH THE PERSON SAYING THAT IF I DO NOT CONTACT THEM OR HAVE MY ATTORNEY CONTACT THEM, THEY CAN ONLY WISH ME LUCK AS THIS SITUATION UNFOLDS AROUND ME.ANYONE WHO TRIES TO GET YOU TO VERIFY PERSONAL INFO OVER THE PHONE IS NOT LEGITIMATE. THE LAST TIME I RECEIVED ONE OF THESE CALLS , I TOLD THE MAN I WAS RECORDING THE CALLS, DO NOT BOTHER ME AGAIN, OR MY REFERENCES, AND THAT I HAD REPORTED THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS- IT IS ALL A SCAM.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION!!! THEY ARE A FRAUD!!! This caller left a message about two of my employees. Message was hard to understand, heavy accent. Said they were involved in some kind of fraud. When I called the return number and asked for the "john smith" from the message and started asking him questions about who they are and where they were located and why they needed information about my emplyees he got really upset with me and hung up on me. I called back and said I didn't understand his mesage on my machine and could he repeat it. He told me not to mess with the "big daddy". I told him to shove-it and reported them to the FTC. Have also passed their number along to a friend in the FBI.

guy calls in stating I owed them $300 for a cash advance and I was committing fraud. Said there was going to be a law suit filed against me. I tried to be reasonable w/ the guy because I nervous there might of been identity theft involved but he got really irritated w/ me when I started asking question. He kept threatening to call my employer and hung out. The first time I ask what his company name was he told me PCS Public Credit Services then when I called back he said it was Pacifica Credit Services. Don't give people any information.

They are a debt collector. They called me looking for my Father in law who took out an online pay day loan.
They have called his home phone and threatened to have him arrested. They have threatened to take money out of his Soc Sec check. The first thing they said to me was that he has comitted fraud using his Social Security number. Of course, they don't use their real names. That makes it hard to sue them for defamation.

Roger called me.  He was going to take money out of my SS check.  He said he ws from DHS.  I'm going to all the Tennessee Regulartory Agency but they won't do anything.

A man named Peter Jumsun called my brothers land line and said if he didn't call back and give him information about me they were going to get me for fruad.  It has to be a scam.  When I called back on a pay phone all I got was a bunch of static after someone answers the phone.  This Peter talks with a thick accent of some kind.  I really want this stopped my brother is a senior citizen and it stresses him to get this kind of call.
