I have received many of these calls. First a recorded message to save money on heat or electric bill than silence than a person comes on the line asking for PPL acct # and capacity and energy kwh and the amount. I hung up several times however, today I wanted to hear what and why they keep calling. I did give them my acct # and was told PPL is raising their rates and a law was passed and I would qualify due to my usage and price, to receive 15% off my electric bill. When I started asking questions about the program the rep started to get a little nervous and stated she add my phone number to the do not call list? No clue. I called PPL customer service and explained the above and the rep advised it was a call from a supplier biding for my business. Since I did give her my acct # PPL may no longer be my generator supplier and PPL could not stop if this happens, but I would be sent a letter and have 10 days to stop any changes. So most likely its a scam.

Have gotten 2 phone calls from this number.  They ask me to get my electric acct. number and they will be able to save me money.  I asked for a number to call them back and they say they are an outbound call agency only.  I called my electric company and they told me this is a scam.  They called again today and when they put me on hold after I said yes to getting help, when they came back on I told them this was the Pa. State Police they were calling and they immediately hung up.

I suspect this is a robocall that wants you to press a number so that they can sell your phone number to another 100 robocall lists. Reported them to the National Do Not Call complaint engine. Which probably goes into nanospace.

just got this call today. no one on line when i picked up. I called back the number and the guys voice said if you want your number removed press 1. I did and it states it would take 24 hrs to go into effect, I hope so. I am tired of unwanted calls. I also report them to the fed do not call list. We are on the fed & local do not call list but the local don't seem to want to do anything about it. Good luck to all others who are being bothered but rude idiots.
