Yup, another repeated caller that will probably say nothing if you pick up. It has to be a call center using an automatic dialer without enough people to take the calls. The other alternative is a center paying their employees for contacts not results. Then they'll call to get the most numbers connecting.
And, I almost forgot, my caller id indicated "energy savings."
