I just looked up the phone number on reverse lookup online http://anireport.com/lookup/3475280550/ and it shows that it belongs to a mobile number by the name of TSUI PETER, same name that left me a voicemail, what idiots.

I would like to add, that my called id recorded a phone number of 718-876-8924 and when I called it back the phone rang over 20 times and no one ever picked up or no voicemail ever prompted.  Total scam, if the NYPD left a voicemail to call back they would at least have a message on their desk line or have someone pick up their phone line.  Do not call back 347-528-0550, total scam.

I got a voicemail from this phone number 347-528-0550 stating "this is NYPD Detective Suey call me back at 347-528-0550."  They didn't say what it's in regards to, they didn't ask for a specific name when leaving the message, the voicemail was just suspicious overall.  I researched and this number is not listed for NYPD at all via http://www.nyc.gov/html/nypd/html/home/contact_information.shtml.  

I feel it is a total scam.  I am reporting the issue in hopes it helps anyone else out in this situation.
