These people are definite scammers!  Do not answer your phone to these people.  They are a fake pay day loan collection company.  These people are foreigners..and they prey on you!

I'm not sure but he sure doesn't sound like a "Sam Johnson" to me. If you're going to scam people be smart about it. He needs harassment charges pressed on him or some people ganging up on him harassing him. I'm sick of so many calls in a 5 minute time span.

It is the second time I receive calls from "Sam Johnson" however my loans are either paid in full or in process of being paid.. This is a definite scam!

Just received a call from Sam Johnson @ 11:43, Tuesday, 8/9/11...the # came up as 1407 and he goes on to say it's a legal matter,serious, involving my social identity and will call my friend (warned her about call) he's very annoying,threatening and rude.

Thank all of you for posting your complaints.  I seriously thought I might owe these people some money  but he would never send me any info that I took out a loan.  He has threatened to call my manager at work, who says let him call cause he will get no help from her.  I agree this scam needs to be stopped.  Thanks to all of you  cause now I know how to make him stop calling.  This guy does not take no for an answer and only wants paid by a walmart card.  It is illegal for debt collectors to harrass people at work or anywhere.  I feel this person is getting his info from people who may have looked at payday loans on the internet as I have done and tries to make you believe you had a loan with him.  If he can't prove I borrowed money then he will get no money.

This guy names "Eric Johnson" keeps calling and threatening me, but can hardly understand him.  Has called many times, from 347-560-5017.  Very annoying and scared me at first, but now I know its a scam.  Thank goodness for google!

Just received a message at job from a Mike Williams with a middle eastern accent.  threatning me with a law suit, and that i will be loosing my job if i don't respond right away.  a few years back I received a call from this same person.  I went off on him then i called my local district attorney's office an filed a complaint.  the phone calls stopped and here we are again.

This phone # 3475605017 has been leaving messages and harrasing me. They have a very thick accent and threated that if I dnt pay them I will go to jail. This is a scam people and they r just trying to get ur money

Man called my place of business and went off on the receptionist even though she was just trying to get contact information.  He called several times and only stated that he was "Eric Johnson" and that he needed to contact one of our clients about his social security card.  Why has this continued to go on?  Where are the police on shutting this guys scamming down.

Got a call at 6am at work.  Same thing the guy (Sam Johnson) said, I have a legal case against your social security number.   He said that they were 3 charges against my social.  He preceded to say that I took out a loan with cash advance usa.  I asked him for a date and the amount taken.  He couldnt give me a straight answer.  I told him that I had no problem settling with them, but it would be by cashiers check.  I asked for a physical address which made him very mad.  The dude hung up on me.  A week goes by same thing a Sam Johnson called again.  This time I told him to talk to my attorney which really made him irrate.  He told said ***k you and hung up.  There has to be a way to make this guy stop calling me at work and harrassing me, because they dont take no for an answer.

Got a call from a male telling me i owe them some money. told them i was going to contact my police dept and call them back. The man got mad and started saying f**k you repeatly  and hung up. DO NOT Give  and info or verfity anything info either. *****IT IS A SCAM*** and YOU WILL BE SCAM!!!!!

Did receive a message from a male with a heavy middle eastern Indian accent, gave the name of James. A message was left on my voicemail. The message was very muffled. Stated that he was with PCS, Public Credit Service. In regards to a Randy Holder was attempting to commit fraud with my name. He strongly advise to return his call to answer some questions, that he could handle the matter and not attempt to take matters in our own hands. He gave a phone number of (347) 560-5017. Given the chance, tell him to stick it.

Sean Miller just called me cussing me out, not listening to anything I had to say.  I told him he was to never call my office again.  I couldn't understand him.  An american name but he a very strong middle eastern accent.  They called my best friend yesterday threatening her that she will be prosecuted for my "alleged" debt.  I asked him today which company it was and all he would said is he is with PCS but couldn't tell me anything else.  Does anyone have an address for this PCS company?

They have never called me directly but have called my best friend who lives in another state.  They leave her messages with the name of Shawn Miller however this person has a middle eastern accent which is very strong.  They told her that if I don't call them will prosecute her and she will go to jail.  I haven't been able to find out the exact name and address for this phone number to harrass them back.

i JUST GOT THE CALL AT MY DESK AT WORK. PEOPLE THIS IS A SCAM. HE CALLED ME FROM A 949 NUMBER AND SAID THAT IT WAS A LEGAL MATTER. HE THEN PROCEDED TO TELL ME MY ADDRESS PHONE NUMBER AND CONTACTS WHICH WAS CORRECT BUT HE THEN ASKED ME FOR MY DRIVER'S LICENSE NUMBER. I ASKED HIM WHY AND HE RESPONDED BY SAYING THAT I TOOK OUT A PAY DAY LOAN! I HAVE NEVER TAKEN A PAY DAY LOAN! I ASKED HIM TO THEN REPEAT ALL OF MY INFORMATION BACK TO ME THAT HE HAD TO CONFIRM MY IDENTITY AND HE COULD ONLY REPEAT MY NAME AND ADDRESS. RIGHT THEN I KNEW HE WAS A SCAM. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS. I WAS LUCKY THAT MY BROTHER IS AN ATTORNEY AND HE SAID THAT THEY NEEDED TO BE REPORTED. SO THAT IS WHAT I DID.

Same call as above....threatening something bad was going to happen to me legally if I did not call them; said a lawsuit was filed against me and my social security #...the guy had a middle eastern accent...

These people called and said that there was a lawsuit pending against a cash advance loan which i never got and they wanted to settle a payment they told me the company name was BCS and then when i asked questions they proceded to yell and swear and TRY to talk over me well they called six times in a row and then later they somehow got ahold of my brothers number and threatend him and called him names and said there was nothing he could do to them and laughed at him well if we could just find were they are we would pay them a visit ...this is a total scam i called the district attorney and filed a police report and had a credit watch put on my credit reports ...to all out there dont let them get to you it is deffinatly a scam...but if you do find out were they are located please feel free to post it ...

I keep getting harassing calls...threats of  calling my employer.
Say they have my s .s#/ drivers license...but can't tell me the situation

I just got the same message about a legal matter. Said he was calling from PCS something something (I couldn't understand what he was saying) He said that if my husband didn't call him back to settle this matter, I was going to be affected too because my name was on the documents. I have no idea what this is about and I'm not happy about it. Interesting too that when the call came in, it didn't show up with a phone number or unknown caller, all it showed was the number 107. And I agree, this man couldn't speak English either.

These people have just madee 4 calls to my work, insulting me, telling me I have commmtted a fraud, and that I own for a lown.....They scred the ******** out of me.  I just talked to my local Attorney General's office and they told me that it is a fraud and that I should report them tot the FTC.  
and to google the phone number they gave me and surprise here I see that I am not the only one.....Still doesn't make me feel any better though.   and they can't speak English for anything

I got a called today from a Sean Watson and Eric Johnson.  This nothing but a scam!!! First he wanted me to pay $587.00 on a $300.00 loan I let default in 2009.  I called back to get the name of the company and the price went up to $660.00 but I can settle out of court for $300.00 plus $78.00 for processing.  I ask if I can mail the payment and they called me crazy women you can mail in payment.  I starting asking them question after question and they started getting mad.  I told them I reported this call to the FBI and Homeland Security and finally they hung up.

Called today and threatened my husband on our cellphone left a message said it was a legal matter, and said he was Office Eon Biship from the BCI in New York.

I called the FBI and they said this number is Not BCI, and told me to go and file a police report.

I did so.  DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS.
They called us 5 times today including home phone number which is private.  Again, we think it's scam
artists trying to get money.

In a message on a machine he said that? You should turn that into the police!

This person has called here 3 times within 10 minutes. He does argue and try to out talk you. He refuses to directly answer any questions and dances around everything. He is rude and angry when he calls. The call back number is on our dime or I would flat flood him with calls all day long. There has to be a way to stop this scam from continuing.

They said that to me as well.  they told me it was on behalf of the Law & Justice Dept for PCS (they said that stood for personal credit services or something) - anyhow, I told them I needed them to fax me something proving that I received money from the Cash Advance people - they said ok...I gave them my fax number...NOTHING.  I also told them I was giving their name and number to my attorney and I would sue them for harrasment - I am soooo mad!  Such a scam!

They told me they were calling on behalf of "bsc" legal dept. They also said that a legal matter was filed against my ss # and that I needed to call as soon as possible before something bad happens to me! They also spoke with a middle eastern accent!

how do you get these people to quit calling?  If I change my number will they be able to find me?  I NEVER GOT A DIME FROM THESE CASH ADVANCE PEOPLE they are saying I got money from.  WTH do I do?!
