Same set up but the dude tried to say my friend used my name and number for a reference or something for a payday loan. Funny thing he kept saying my friend was a her....when my friend is a he. Any who, this isn't my first time to this rodeo. Yes heavy accent, loud noise in back, and annoying.

received call form this number stated they had  my social security number and would contact my employer regarding a serious matter.. caller has indian accent and indicated is was legal

Called my personal cell and work phone. I'm going to report them next time they call.

They called my job on Memorial day explaining to the oncall person I need to get in contatc with them because my SSN is under investigation. So I called back the number it was a man with a heavy indian accent stated his name was " Rocky Williams". and I owed money to a online payday loan which I never Took out. he was like he is sending someone to my job and my house and I am going to lose my job. He wonted to know who the owner of the company I worked for and was threatining me on the Phone.  weeks ago I got another call from an Indian speaking man saying the samething and argueing with me on the phone it was crazy. SO I reported both of them to the FBI. and I told him never contact my job again and I have reported him to the FBI he got so quiet and hung up the phone. And both phone calls sounds like they are not here in the US but else where you can hear others in the background speaking a diffrent language

Indian accent has hacked my cell phone.. BE CAREFULL!! my boss was sitting across the room and his phone showed i was calling him, as my phone was on my desk charging with noone touching it.. he ignored the call, and they called back he answered it, while my phone was on my desk and his phone stated it was me on the other end..
they were stating that this was a legal matter and we have attempted fraud. and all kinds of crazy stuff..

i called verizon about a pic msg issue i had, i sent a pic to my self, i nvr got that picture but i got a txt msg stating "3475605019" stating i sent that number to my self..

i called verizon back and also contacted samsung as well, no one knows whats going and was told to watch my creditcards and bank accts.. also need to reset my phone..

they had my step dads first and last name, as well as my name and phone number..

Received a voicemail 2:00 pm.  The caller ID listed 000-000-0000.  The caller sounded East Indian, saying he was from the legal department, I couln't understand his name or the company name.  Said it was urgent, repeated the number twice and said "before something goes wrong to you".
