i got the same phone call and the person kept calling my work place and home that my OLD boss came over to fired me and came to my door with and ex co-worker and my husband standing there but i now i have no job because of these people but where do i call to find out if they are for reals. the name of the person was Kevin Black and he said he was a FBI agent working for PSC.

i lost my job because they kept calling me over and over again and when i told him that i had lost my job he said sorry to hear and we will stop calling your old work and now i have no job and i have someone else calling for the same thing so NOW WHO IS TELL THE TRUTH

I received a message from my supervisor that James Philips called concerning a leagal matter and gave the last 4 digits of my social.  I returned the call and a man with a very heavy accent answered Ben Carson, I asked what was the name of his company he stated PSC and proceeded to tell me I owed money for a payday loan (NOT TRUE).  I told him I would have my lawyer give him a call he got really nasty and irritated.  My lawyer and I did a conferene call and when my lawyer state he was calling on behalf of his client the guy hung up we called back and no one answered.  I called back and the guy said oh your lawyer never called I proceeded to tell him it was a conference call and I heared him hang up he hung up on me.  These people have been calling me on and off for about 3 years.

Received numerous calls from this number. I decided to answer and got a Kevin black who stated he was with the Brooklyn sherriff department. Not true.they said I took out a pay day loan and they were going to prosecute me and have me arrested. And then they hung up. Tried to call back and get more information and keep getting hung up on. This is a total scam.

Just got a call he said his name was James Philips.  Could hardly understand him his accent was so heavy.  He wanted to know if I knew a certain person and could I give them a message.  Said they had committed fraud and gave my phone as a reference,told me to tell them to call or they would file legal charges.  I told him that I would relay message. WHAT A IDIOT!  I knew it was a SCAM.

This company called me at work and I called them finally after 3 days someone answered.  I was asking questions about this and the person stated to be a lawyer, then I was trying to get information.  He then hung up on me.  I called back got another person who once I stated asking question threatened me and then started cursing me.  I then called back to advise him not to contact me at work until his lawyer contacted me.  He then told me he told do whatever he wanted to do....

Left a message on both cell phone and work number.  Very hard to understand.  I always check this website first.  Then I will report the incident to the FTC.

Good morning i recieved a call from an office Wayne he said he was from law office pacific. I called the number right back and got a very rude Mr. Anderson asking my last four of social wheni advised him i wont ghive info cust hung up. I called him back to see what company hangs up ona person because they want to know what company they work for. Mr Anderson got on the phone and told me if im going tohave an attitude then they will just sue me i told him dont call my phone anymore if he cant provide me with that info and have soemone call me who speaks english!!!

Received a message at work from my superviser that Glenn Martin at this number called. I have received numerous calls from the same area code matching a description of the caller from the call received at work -- Indian accent regarding a legal matter. Would really like to know how to report these.

This is B***s*** I have been getting calls from them saying they are going to call my work and tell them to fire me and that i have a loan with them. and it would be nice if someone would speaking f****ng english.

Received a call from the same number at my job. But if you notice these people and people like them seem to call around the same time of the year when they think people will have money.

I Received a phone call from this # 347-586-0488.his name Michel Smith.he got my last 4 of my SSS#and he told me about I owe some money.and if i dont pay he going to take me to court.I went to the police Dept.and he told me Just ignore it.they said thats a scam.

I recived a call today from the same number. A person with an Indian Accent by the name of "Paul Walker" They said i had taken a loan out from Cash Advance USA  (not true). I called them a scam and they proceeded to try and cuss my out on the phone and asked why i was laughing. They threatened to sue me. This is certainly a scam. If they call you just make fun of them and hang up!

We just got a call and he said his name was Steven Johnson...yeah okay...you def sound like a Steven Johnson with that accent...

I also reciewved a call from this number saying i had taken out a cash advance payday loan.   He said his name was mike smith.  and said he was with pcs law firm.  I finally changed my number and now they are calling my mother in law.  I honestly think they are stupid

My sister received a call from this number threatening her and me. The man has a foreign accent. He sound like those scammers from the phillipines or indians. His name is dwight nelson.  i am going to file a complaint with FTC and my State Attorney Generals Office.

I received a voicemail from this same # and he has a very heavy accent and stated that his name is Alex Anderson and that I owe on a payday loan and they are going to take me to court.

A friend of mine just had the same call. I am curious to rather or not this man actually works for like maybe a Cash Advance place or some other business that may have given him the work info. Do you think there is a connection? He is in Va.

Kevin Anderson called me from this number on my job.  He has the last 4 digits of my social security that he gave to the office on my job.   He told me that I was going to jail for a loan I owe.  He cant tell me who the loan is with or the amount...the only thing he wants is my cash to settle.  I do not know how he got my work number.  It was embarrassing. He told the secretary that I had violated the law.  I wish we could stop crooks like this from harrassing us.

A guy with a very heavy Indian accent called for one of our employees about an 'urgent legal matter'.  Sounds like the same scam as others have reported.

Received a phone call again today at work from this number - and they kept calling repeatedly. Person had foreign accent very hard to understand - and gave a very generic name.  When returning call, I was told this person, transferred to California - no way of reaching him, and the man I talked w/also very generic name - used VERY vulgar language, and called me names. I will be following up on this

This guy who said his name was Kevin Anderson called from (347) 586-0488. The number on my phone's caller ID came up (000) 000-0000.Sometimes it comes up just (50). He just called me a again a moment ago and again asked for credit or debit card information to pay off a loan. I told him I looked up his company on the internet and that I know this is a scam. The Dude went OFF!! Started calling me and my father c*cks*ckers and m*therf*ckers!!! I went numb I was so angry... I've filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision.

These guys are threating to take me to court over a loan I'm not aware of and they refuse to send me an email documenting this transaction unless i pay them $540.00 first.

This company has been calling me for 2 years accusing me of being Nisha Santos, and asking for money.  They are rude and will not tell me who they are.

Received a phone call from someone with a foreign accent at this phone number both on my cell phone, and they also left a message on my HR department's voice mail regarding an urgent legal matter against my name and SS#.  I am suppose to call them right away.  I have ignored the cell phone call, but today received an e-mail from someone in my HR department regarding the same phone number.  This is really frustrating to me as I do not recognize the company name or phone number.  I will be calling them back to tell them that they are a scam and to not contact my employer.
