I received three phone call's two on my office phone and one on my cell I do not know how they got my office phone it's not listed the funny thing is I work for the government I played along with them he told me that he worked for a layer and that the layers name was Jake wills he had a very heavy Indiana accent
he asked to me to verify my sssn  number I told him i do not give out that I kind of information
he said I cant understand you I will put you on hold so you can talk to Jake wills then he came back on and said that Jake wills was busy write now and could not come to the phone I told him thank you for holding for me we now have a tracking satellite  pointing his location in India and that he would be hearing from the us government very soon at any moment the funny thing is he keep telling at this point that he was getting indifference over his phone that he had to go he could not her me any more this fake fake  do not give them any info

Number is 647-472-1732- siad he was Officer Michael Sinclair of the Bronx NY PD- I live in Florida- he said I owe 8000.00 and that I will be arrested today if I don't pay this to them- he said they have 3 charges in NY against me- for fraudlent check, internet laundering and soemhting else- so hard to understand because of his thick Indian accent- he then passed me on to his supervisor- named Ryan Hernandez of the NY PD, and said that I need to call them back assap and pay this or I will be indicted by the FBI and arrested- Ihave been getting calls like this for over a year now- they call my work, my cell, and yes, even friends. I don't get how they can continue to do this- I have filed a complaint with the FTC, the Attorney Generals herein Florida, the BBB and have listed this complaint anywhere I can online-

Sam as everyone else, although when i told them that the National bureau of investigations was the FBI they sid well they are a department, I said  you are a department of the FBI and no one there speaks good english. I then told them I was calling the FBI and did. They said to go ahead and to conference call them in on the FBI call. That they were going to call my state police and have me picked up. These people are crazy have reported them to Internet Crime and FTC as the gentleman at the FBI told me to.

my answermachine machine  has two messages from a Jack Wills, saying he is from  the fbi investigating a crime with my name and last four digits of my ss and to call him back or god help me ..i have not called him but i am turning it into the distric atty and the better business breau

I've had this guy Jack Wolf call my job today and told me I had three charges against me for an upaid payday loan I didn't get. Then I talk to his supposed superviser, Anthony and he threatened to charge my mom and my sister as well. He also had my info and said they would get the money from my job. They said they were from the National Crime Bureau Investigation, which in my search does not exist. I did however find out that the number is a cell number with the new cingular. I have contacted the NC AG and waiting for a call back from them.

total bs they are a fruadulent outfit.  the person had no idea that they called me wante dmy name etc.. he didnt know that he called me said that he has 3k calls out?  i ask him what he does he said that he is a national crime center of investigations officer.  i have no idea why he would be calling me?  i looked the number up and found some disturbing findings. guys name was jack wolf totally had an accent a but in no way he should have a name like jack wolf

Same story as everyone else here.  I live in AZ.  Should I contact the AG of AZ or NY to lodge a formal complaint?

Mr. Nash, whoever the hell he is, not only called me but a friend of mine and had the unmitigated gall to make threats, etc.  The gentleman had a heavy accent so there's no way his name was Nash.  It's a shame the way these fraudulent companies use people who have no earthly idea what they're saying or doing, for that matter.  I had to use language that I'd not used in quite some time to get rid of him, but I tell ya' what?  He's not called back!

I just received a call from this number as well  with conflicting information. Most of the information were of people i never knew. They too were Indian... I am looking more into this information as well as my phone carrier.
I am contacting the better business bureau immediately

I had the same insident as the guy above(Anthony). He has called my cellphone and house phone many times. How can we stop him?

Don't ever apply for Payday loans online!! My elderly parents received a threatening call from a man with an Indian accent claiming that she owed money to them from fraud on my part and that legal action was pending.  I also received a similar message from the same number on my cell phone.  After calling this number back it was obvious that everyone was Indian and using this number as a link back to their overseas operation.  After saying that they were part of an investigation by the State of New York and that I had three counts against me.  I was told my exact SSN, my IP address, the last 4 digits of my bank account and my email.  Then they finally said I owed on a payday loan and my parents were listed as a reference, so they were threatening them as well. I was sitting in front of my Quickbooks and immediately let them have it! I paid the only payday loan I ever had to the penny! It's a scam to sucker people into paying money they don't owe! I called them a bunch of lying scum, I had the proof of payment right in front of me. I then turned around and started harassing them letting them know that they had my all of my personal info, were committing fraud and that I would have the State of New York shut down the number they're using as a front! DON'T EVER FILL OUT PAYDAY LOAN APPLICATIONS WITH ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO!!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF B*****DS WILL USE THAT INFO AGAINST YOU!! I have since changed all of my info and phone numbers and closed my bank account, but I can't do anything with my social except keep monitoring any suspicious activity... What a nightmare...
