This number called me several times..call block hung up on the number, but the last time it called it got through to my voice mail..Said that i was approved for a PDL ..I am all set with that crap

message came in as 347-6376453 his name was James and he said I owed a loan and that I could be in a lot of trouble in a few months and to call him back. of course I called the police and reported the call.

This number called me and threatened me saying I owed money

this has also happened to me recenly in the last coupke of days.. i have know idea what i need to do to get rid of this problem. he is harrasing me while im at work and it is very annoying. it frightens me when they say they have all our information. do you know what i should do or who i should tell??

It's a SCAM!
Just ignore it.

Call came from 347-478-5873 but the number came up as blocked...a man with a heavy accent said his name was Moses Matthew and that I had taken out a payday loan...which I have never done. He had my ss#,work place and that I was going to be picked up by the police for not paying back the loan...but said that if I "qualified" I could be offerred out of court restitution.  He didn't know when the loan was taken out or for how much...just that I owed $462.00 and that it could go as high as $14,000...really!  Needless to say I told him to send someone to arrest me and that I would be happy to show the judge my bank statements and that he was getting no money out of me!  He said ok but you will suffer the consequences of Theft by Deception,Theft by Check and violating the Federal Banking Regulations...Please do not fall for this scam!!

Called me 8 times today, yelling and screaming at me when I asked for more information.  I had taken out a PayDay loan (1st time ever), they said that they had a case against me and that the police were going to notified.  Had my email address, home address & last 4 of my SSN.  I explained as politely as possible that anyone can access those items due to the various companies who sell this information when you log into their programs.  This infuriated him.  He said he was with ICI (Internet Crime Investigations), then changed his story mid-sentence to being a representative form Payday Loans.  I told him to please send the police to my office so that I could discuss the charges.  He screamed I was going to jail.  When I asked for his supervisor he stated, "I'm da boss, no one else, I am the big man, the big boss, I am in charge."  I explained that I would call him right back, he waited 5 mins. & began calling me & hanging up.  Guess he never heard of caller ID?  Anyway, after calling the Loan Company who explained my payment wasn't even due, I called him back and told him that he was not a REAL MAN, he was a pathetic thief and how embarrassed he must be that he was so weak he had to steal to make a living.  I told him that I had called the FBI and given them all access to my phone and that they knew about him and were going to cross country lines and extradite him to the US where he would be spending at the minimum 15 years in jail.  He almost started to cry!!!!  It was the best response ever.  He kept asking me why did I do that, he was a freaking mess by the time I was done with him.  I ended the call by telling him to have a nice day.  :^)

Called my work and would not stop calling today. My supervisor spoke to them for about 20 minutes explaining that we would not provide any info over the phone and that they must send written paperwork. They won't do that.
Offfered them a fax number to fac paperwork. Never came.
They continued to call back and she continued to answer and each time they called they used a different name. John Brown, Tom Cruise, etc....
She asked to speak to their supervisor and the same voice came back on the phone.
They claim I am a criminal and today they are the Internet Crime investigators. If I am a criminal then where is the warrant they claim to have. Warrants are given over the phone! My supervisor tried to explain that to him but he talks over you and won't listen.

This is a fraud!!! I contacted my local pd and they found out they are in Vietnam and there is nothing we could do.

This guy with a very thick accent has been harassing my family saying my brother owes money. We were told to report it to the Better Business Burea & the FBI's Cyber Crimes Unit. I believe if enough people do this they will do something about it to make them stop.

I have been receiving calls from this number from someone that says his name is Kelvin.  This person has an accent and I can't understand what he is saying that his last name is and when I asked him to spell it, he wouldn't.  He tried to tell me that a lawsuit has been filed against my name and that I need to pay him money immediately in order not to go to jail.  I have no idea what this person is talking about because I don't owe anyone money.  When I ask for more specific details, I am provided with the imformation that I stated above.  If anyone knows where  and whom I can report this number to please let me know.  Thank you, because I am sick of these people calling my job.

I got a call from this caller knew my ss# and from criminal department.  He is a fraud that prev with a diff #//be aware!

Call after call after call.  First on my cell phone then on my work #. Sometimes he just hangs up and other times he will go on about a legal case number against me that he has all my personal information like and he gives the last 4 #'s of my social security number.  Sometimes his name is Dexter other times he will is from the Crimes Dept. and as the others before me, he changes the # he calls from often. Other websites indicate that it is a VOIP # and that he is actually in the Phillipines.  Be sure to file a claim everywhere you can, Federal and Local agencies.

Same a***oles calling me.  Told them to send me everything in writing.   They hang up everytime

The same number has called me 10-12 times back to back and they are making me very angry!  I have looked them up because they had a different number several months ago and had called and they always ask for someone else.  very nerve wrecking and I've tried to block their number but it hasn't worked yet.  No clue as to how I can block them for real!!!

This guy has called my cell asking my name and do I know a man named Curtis who has my same last name. He told me that he is an under cover agent and in one call he made to me he told me to change my number because he is going to keep calling my number. I gave him on information, I ended the call every time and he would keep calling 4 or 5 time in a row. He sounds like he from anther country. The number is 347-637-6454. How do you stop him from calling? This has been going on for about 2 months.

Called my work several times. Would not explain themselves. Said I owed money, but not for what. Could not understand. Someone names Rick Martin called. Very think accent. He talked very fast and was very vague. Bullying tactics and fearmongering do not work. Beware!!!

I have goten a call from this number seven times today at 3:21pm, 3:22, 4:22, 4:45, 4:45.30, 4:49, 5:56, 5:56.30, they leave no messages just hangs up after 3 rings. The call is coming from New York ( Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens area).
