im an opperator at a company and a year ago these people were calling non stop for an employee who recently got a fast cash loan. they called 30 times a day for weeks and the calls got bad, calling us w***es and then talking dirty to us, then just screaming at us. we finally started calling them back and tieing up their lines. ten of us were calling back at the same time and they got pissed, and i told them we would stop if they stopped calling us, and they finally did. but after a year they are back calling for another employee so i guess ill be spending my day calling them like crazy.

Got a call from 347-637-6592 with middle-eastern accent or Indian accent saying he is from the US Treasury and I have some trouble with the IRS and I need a criminal lawyer. Then asked me to call his supervisor for details because he is not authorized to say. I told him to get his supervisor to call me then and hung up. Then he calls me right back asking why I hung up on him!

I just got called from a from 347-637-6462 the US Treasury, an alleged Daniel Rich , said I owe 54,000 on my taxes and wants a criminal attorney to call him right now. Now I see, is a scammer and frankly I am a little pissed off .

They call multiple times a day and leave no message. When I called the # I get a fast busy (non-working #).  Usually no one is on the line when I answer. Finally someone was on and said they were fund raising for fire department.  TOTAL SCAM.  ANY legitimate call center is required by law to display a phone number and have a way where you can call and reach them and a way to get added to the DNC list.

This number keeps calling all day without anyone speaking on the other end. Very annoying.

I have been getting calls for the last few days over and over. 3 calls in a time span of a few minutes. I got several this morning, I finally answered one and told the guy that he needs to stop calling. He said, "but this is the first time I am calling you!" Middle eastern accent, any suprise there? I hung up on him. He called right back, I answered the phone vary calmly saying, "you have one more time before I call the police" he said, "ok, you can do that ma'am." Then he hung up. So far it's been about 10 mins or so, and no more calls, lets see what the rest of the day has to bring...

I just received a call from 3474305957 stating I had a loan out. My wife talked to them first and tried to get info. about it. They told her if she cares about me then she will tell me they called. After they hung up and cursed at her, I finally called them. The  guy with a muslim accent  right away started been rude to me so I told him to speak clearly  that  I  could not understand him at all, he told me I'm sorry I cannot  tell you in spanish. He told me he had three counts against me and that I could be arrested any minute. I told him a lawyer and judge  explained to me that I could not go to jail for owing money. I also said that even if I owe money I would not pay him through the phone, he replied I'm not telling you to pay me stupid. I told him I have a lawyer after he said for me to get ready because  my a** is about to get sued and to god bless. I of course told him off and told him not to tell me god bless, when he doesn't believe in him. I am sorry but this guy deserved to be told off and I have zero tolerance for threatening phone calls.

i just rec'd a call from united legal department on my cell and on my job.  the phone number was 814-344-1011. he said there were 3 complaints filed against me.  i could barely understand him.  his name was john anderson.  anyway i told him to send me the court documents and i'll let my attorney handle it.  he said ok.  he had my home address and ss#.  scary.

This number sent me a text sayin I won Beatles tickets?
I'm not stupid. Even if it was a contested deal its a full phone number. Lame.

I first received a call telling me that they were representing Cash Net and that I owed them $480 and must pay up now.

He said they had lawyers working on this.  He did not threaten me but was very forceful and he had an accent, not sure which kind.

I get tired of getting bothered by these kinds of people.

I started getting calls at work no less from a heavy Indian accent.  He told me that if I didn't pay them $712 by the end of the work day somebody would be coming to arrest me..  It took me a minute to even try to understand this guy.  He said since I was on the east coast I needed to get the money to them immediately.  I liive on the west coast.   This guy doesn't even no where he is calling.  I sent a fax to him (Spencer Ryan) stating that if they didn't cease and desist immediatley I was turning them over to the the authorites.  I didn't hear a thing until today when he called me at work again and I let it go to voice mail.  I honestly think this guy didn't realize he had already called me.  He told me I had committed wire fraud over some pay advance.  (never happend).   I am not sure what I can do at this point.  He told me he was calling from a lawyers office and I needed to take care of this.

I have recieved calls from this number who told me his name was adam and his boss was sr.officer jefferson that they were with a paralegell firm trying to collect money that they say i had gotten from cash advance/andvance america. when i told him i never recieved the loan and would like the info on the amount recieved, date of loan and institution that it went to he said he could not give me any of it. so i told him that i would report him and his company and information to the local fraud unit he said that i would be stabbing him in the back then i asked him not to call my work anymore or i could lose my job and that i would contact cash advance myself and hung up then he repeatedly called me and said he was trying to get me fired

I KEEP GETTING A CALL FROM THESE A***OLES AND I JUST BLOCKED THEM BECAUSE I KNOW THIS IS SOME B***S***. I DONT HAVE ANY LOANS OUT AND I AINT PAYING ON NO DAMN LOAN. ****THIS IS A SCAM****

On {24,August, 2011} a guy Named DANIEL BROWN had called me ... and he just told me there is a legal compain against me with my social security number as well as with my credits ...i knew this is a SCAM but still i went listening him for around 12 to 15 minutes  he was just reading out something regarding some kind of loan in internet and at-last he asked me for my intension .that what would you like to do ..On this casefile  ???  I just said him SEND ME THE PAPER-WORKS and he told all the documents had send it to via e-mail
i asked him why dont you send it on my address & he just changed the topic and he just started telling the funds were send it to me was directly on my Account and u know just before 6-7 hours i just received my banking statements at my home........He never gave me to speak also and When i asked him that why do u scam others ??? JUST ONE Sentence HE SAID "within couple of hours you will be arrested from your state and you will be in jail for 2 months"
and still i am waithing for that "Couple Of Hours" so i just confirmed that this people's are SCAM ..never listen to them just hang the calls .. because they are just trying to get funds.....

This guy called my work and told the receptionist he was my brother Daniel Brown. And get this, he was Muslim when is the last time you talked to a muslim named Daniel. He said that I had a loan through advanced cash loans. And i called b***s*** because i just got a credit rehab loan through a bank and they checked my credit and i didn't have any loans out. And this was a week ago. This # is b***s*** and they are trying too scam people. they should be punished.

For what? Gathering a bunch of public information and letting people know who's calling them?  Show me the law that says it's illegal.  I'm sure your the one calling people.  So why don't you stop harassing us?

I have received at least 8 calls per day from this number.  Their number is coming up in New York but the return number to call was a California number.  Then when I did call them back I was told that I was a criminal woman and they were coming to arrest me.  I laughed at this heavy Indian accented man and said really please come and get me.  Then they called back and said within 3 hours they were filing their lawsuit against me I told them that I would meet them at the courthouse. HE  hung up.  HE then called back again and I kept telling him your coming from me then damn it come get me.  He again said you criminal woman we are coming for you now. Then yesterday they called me 6 times on my way home from work.  So I turned the tables on them and everytime he hung up on me I called him back saying you want to harrass me now I am going to harrass you!!  He didn't like that and has not called today at all!!  Guess I won that round...waiting for next round!!!!

this company is a scam they are stating we owe money but have never got a loan on anything!!! also when you ask the information regarding the loan they have the wronge dob, ss#, bank account, address. even when you tell them that is the wronge information and its not you they say they don't care they have your name and number and you are still going to pay. i contacted the bbb and they have the company down as a scam.

This # looks close to some of the others that also had the Financial crimes investigation and thick indian accents.  I don't owe them anything and I know this.  They kept calling me when I hung up.  So I DOS this phone #.  They called back and asked me to stop.  I TOLD them to stop.  They finally conceded.  I guess 10000 phone calls in 3 hours might have annoyed them.  Now if I can just find a web site for them.
