this person who calls with some kind of foreign accent-east Indian, I think. Calls every day and keeps asking to talk to my boss who is a CIO. He doesn't give up. He has called every day for months. He doesn't say his name or what his business is, just says he will call back later. I have better things to do with my time.

I have been receiving calls almost daily for months - no message left and when I answer, no one is there. When I try to call back (to tell them to STOP calling) the line is persistently busy.

Same thing, caller says "Hi, I would like to speak with Mark", to which I replied "Speaking" then it "Mark XXXXX", using a different last name very time, followed by "Oh I must have the wrong number...". Sounds like Phishing .

They called me 4 times in one day asking to speak to an IT director. Same guy. So annoying. They hang up every time I say stop calling. Then they call again! Is this a prank?

I got a call from this number asking for my first name but a different last name ("Anderson" this time.) The caller claimed to be from "Nelson Corporation" but had no idea what he was calling about, what Nelson Corporation does, or where he got my number; he only wanted to transfer Mr. Anderson, whoever that is, to his boss.

I'm a receptionist for a large firm and these idiots keep calling and ask for a Susan Lewis. We don't have one and we never have. Then they call back and ask for our IT Manager. I like to "play" with these yahoos and then tell them off. That works for about 2 weeks and then another idiot calls with the same thing.
