Got a call from this # no Idea how they got my info. Very abusive people.

bad business! these folks called 2 different contact numbers for me, left the same numner and two differnt names...two different reasons for calling, one being i commited a fraud, and the other being a problem with my ssn, havent called em back yet, because im at work, but soon as i get off, they will be getting an ear full...lets see who disconnects first!!!!!!

This organization is a scam.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  Inform them that they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Act and that you are seeking legal representation.  Place fraud alerts on your accounts as they seem to know many peoples' SSN's and bank account information.

They called left message saying that I need to pay 2000$ or they will take me to court n Sue me it also said if I don't pay by tomorrow I'm in big trouble! Lol who says that!? The names are john Anderson Sean Smith Lee Davis. They are a scam from India. How can they have that name with bad Indian accent! I cussed them out n they actually cussed back. If it were a real company they would be fired for talking to costumers that way. If u get loud n confront them they back off.  Pussies

The number called me at work.

These people have called my house over and over as well for my husband saying he will be arrested. Right from the beginning I knew it had to be fake because, I know we don't owe any payday loans, the first guy said his name was Ray Fleck. He even called my husband's work. The next guy was Steve Smith. I told them repeatedly that I wanted paperwork, they kept trying to say the only paperwork they could send would be a supoena (sp?) in which I told them to go right ahead and send it if it meant they would send us something. They are relentless and will not stop. They even left threatening voicemails which I have saved saying they feel sorry for what is about to happen to us and what not. I have every intention to also turn them in, I have no idea who they are. All I know is they called my mom looking for my stepdad two days before calling me and claimed to be with the FBI. They said the same stuff they told us and so she said she would have her attorney call them, they never called her back.

These people have called my family members that I had previsouly listed on a payday loan application. They called my mom and brother telling them that they were in very big trouble and that if they didnt give them my information that something bad was going to happen to them. I also got an answering machine when I tried to call it back. I am so glad that I read these posts!! I have requested a report from Teletrack, which is a payday loan consumer tracking system. My mother treatened to report them and told them that she had a lawyer...she has not received a call since then.

Gentleman keeps calling from different phone numbers saying he is from a legal agency and that it is important that I call him regarding this matter. I don't have any payday loans currently that I owe and this is becoming very annoying. I don't know they got my personal information. This is becoming very scary and I am about to file a police report on them. Ih ave already field a claim with the FCC but I need to do the same with other numbers they are calling from as well. I have so many different phone numbers that they have called me from and when I call the numbe rback it just beeps and says leave a message. I have never known a legitimate business to have a voicemail the way this one is set up. Something needs to be done but I don't know how to stop this.

These people call my job looking for my co-workers. So asked for thier name and adddress the women said her name was Nicole Smith with an acent. So I explained to her that she will never speak to any of the people she has asked for unless I get an complete address, phone # and Spelling of the Law Offices where they are located. She snapped threaten to have my coworker arrested at work. I snapped on her in the most polite manner told her please do!!! I want you to come to this work place. She continued with her ranting and raving I just laughed and told her we will be waiting with the FBI, INS, CIA and she hung

sorry my message above wasnt all clear.  I was saying the Guy called me and had cursed me out so I had someone from my office answer my desk line and She cursed him out. He then cursed her back out by calling her names.. You can acutally hear the call center type noise in the phone. these are really bad... and need to stop

I've receieved these calls now Im being called from an Indian woman named "Nicole Smith" Hummm let me guess is her first name Anna? She called because the I had some one from my job answer my extention and she cursed him and her cursed her out back so No it's a Scam.. We've contacted the BBB.com ask for Nina Castle she help with this..

I had a voice mail left by someone with an accent _Name Unavailable and digits too long for a US call (__052928512) this number did not make sense on my Caller ID.  The caller said that my name was used for reference for someone I know who has committed fraud against a finance company.  The caller identified himself as "Matthew" - with no last name with Affiidavit Consolidated Services (I had to playback message 3 times to get all the details).  Wanted me to contact my friend (how they got my number??) and tell them to call her about the "loan" before they file a court case.  My friend said that she applied online for a loan that was denied because she did not have payroll direct deposit and these folks debited $200 from her checking account as an application fee.  She got this payment stopped by the bank.  This has to be a SCAM company to do this.  Harrassing someone over a non-existent loan?  Times are tough- but not tough enough that a class action lawsuit against these clowns may stop this nonsense. Is there a Consumer complaint bureau that can be notified about these shysters?   I Googled this company and found out that it is identified as a Phishing Scam company.  Contact by these folks could mean Identity theft.  Now I have to put all my accounts on alert over this scamming company.

This number calls me all day and will stop at nothing.  They threaten to take me to court and ruin me. Now they want a photo id.  Please help!

They are relentless.  I was going to give them 400 dollars just to get them to stop harassing me.  They call all day on my cell and home phone. They swear and threaten me.  When i said I would send them money via money order or western union they said no.  He told me to go to Walmart and buy a debit card.  I was so tempted to do it.  What stopped me was that he wanted a copy of my drivers license or state id.  When I questioned him why he fed me a line.  How can I get this stopped?

I am dealing with this same problem. A Donnie Richie called me saying I owed $860 for a $300 loan I took out in June of 2010 from advancedcashusa.com.( which does not exist) I have never taken a payday loan out, especially online. What lames who need to get a real job like the rest of us.THESE ARE SCAMMERS, BEWARE!!!

At first I yelled n cursed then started calling back every 2 sec n told him I would not stop, at least he wasnt harrassing someone else then I talked to keith russell very nicely he addmitted it was a scam, he said banks and other companies sell them our info for 7 or 8 dollars, they are out of Pakastan, he told me his "real name " when I questioned the american name. He had all my info ss # address, work number,everything. He said us bank, bank of america, wells fargo, is some of the compnies the get info from. If the get 100 dollars from you they paay the bank 70 of it. I explained how embarrassing it is to have them call my work or my cell when I'm @ work, he apoigized said he would put my numbers on the do not call list. We'll see

my wife gets these calls and i call them back. Some east indian guy always and i start to harrasing them asking them about al qeada and bin ladin he gets mad easliy and you can tell he is full of s***. Ask them about 911 and tell them how you truly feel. Hell i called and ask for a donation for the kkk his dumb a** didnt even know what i was talking about. Its all a scam just them to f*** off and there not getting s*** and it may stop

Same number but used the name of "Ed Thomas" you has also used the name of "Frank Martin" and a number of 786-345-1037."  Scammers who have obtained personal information of people who have applied for short term loans using the I-Net.  DON'T pay them any money, notify your bank as well as the Credit Companies and contact the Attorney General in the State you reside.

I got a call last Friday they left a message about my son using my name to borrow money.I called them back he told me my son owed them 1,000 and that he had not paid. They said they were collecting. They said they were going to charge an extra 500 for collecting. They had my name and name of another of my sons and that our names were used as references by my older son. They told me my son had committed fraud. That if he or I didint make arrangements on paying up he  would go to jail. They told me I would also be charged and have to pay the penalties for fraud I got so upset at my son. The caller had a heavy accent(india). He said his name was Nick Brown. My son googled the number and lead us to this post. They had all my info. WHAT CAN I DO!?

Same thing. Called and said they were with Advance America asking for 850 and Legal fees. Such a scam. Best thing to do is not answer, let it run its course, and they'll stop calling. Also call the FTC and Transunion to put a fraud alert on you SSN for 90 days just in case. The # is 877-382-4357 for the FTC

Do you know how we get them to stop calling? Is there anything we can do.

Today we received a call from a Steve Johnson calling from 347-673-1427. He has all of our information and saying we owe them money from a Cashed Advance USA. We emailed the Cashed Advance USA and they have no record of us even in there system. We told them about the phone calls we have been getting which has been about over a month now they said they are looking into these people and do not give them any information and DO NOT give them any money. I will be contacting the police and hopefully put a stop to these annoying phone calls.

I have been receiving harrasing phone calls from these people as well. They have also called my mother; no idea where they got her number from. When I called back and requested to be removed from their information, the guy yelled at me and told me he didn't care if I called the police.

these same people contacted s me threatening my job they had all my information ssn checking account the whole nine yards so all i did was change my accounts called the id theft hotline and called the credit bereau and put fraud alert on my info just in cases something happens.
