That guy is still active. Contacted me via Kijiji and with the same strategy.

They go by the name of Cynthia Morgan they do scams to collect money from ppl and they ask u for ur info report to the police and they even make a paypal customer service page

Hi be careful for this s***, he wanted 500 $ from Kijiji.ca upfront  !!!! via western union...He said he-she send money to paypal, nothing there, I called Pay pal, they told me this guy is scamer and is under investigation!!!!
