Got the same call about a job in Asia. Didn't get to the money issue but I thought that it was a scam.

I received a phone call from +1-347-770-1753 from an unknown individual purporting to be an IFCD-UNESCO employee following up a transfer of money, allegedly for accommodation in Hong Kong.
