THIS MAN IS CALLING MY PLACE AT WORK i ASKED FOR THE COMPANY NAME HE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. MY LAWYER IS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHO THIS IS. THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE STOPPED

a man name officer brown keeps calling me stated he is an officer of the supreme court and that i will be in legal trouble he has my employer phone number. wants me to return his call i did but no one answered apparently this is serious promblem with others/

Got a call last week and the office James Brown said I owed money and talked to someone else named office Kevin Jones and a Mr. Jackson talk to my boss and they told him. NO ONE WAS PAYING them. Had all information on me, told me I would be arrested and my boss said tell the police to come and arrest me. No one showed up. We told them if they didn't stop harrassing me and my job we could call the local police and give them all the information. CALL the POLICE and report them. I have yet to hear from them again....They are trying to scam anyone who will fall for their lines and they want you to fax them a picture of your self. DON'T  do not give them anything no money no picture and call the police.....Also they want you to wire money if you don't have a credit card. The wire transfer is to a Jack  in Brennton, Florida no street address... PLEASE  FIND OUT WHO THESE CREEPS ARE AND PUT A STOP TO THEIR CALLING. The other thing that tipped me off was that they called and kept cursing at anyone who answered the phone because I would not comply with what they wanted....

Also, notify your bank, and the three credit bureaus to keep a watch on your account. Some scammers have the technology to put viruses/malware on your cellphone once they verify the number to steal your personal information. You could also be charged on your phone bill for answering a very expensive overseas call that was disguised with a spoofed number to look like it was coming from your country.
BTW, you can't be arrested for being in debt, for that is a civil matter, not a criminal one.
Last, call the police if you received threats of physical harm, and block the call.

Officer brown called with the same as listed below and when I told him have me arrested I will see you in court. He told me I was now listed as a victim and in his exact words. The military is going to f*ck you up. I asked him if that was his scariest threat and laughed. So he hung up on me

I keep receiving these calls.  This is a scam!!!  I told him that the only criminal offence is the one that he is committing.  I told him that I filed charges at my local Police Department and should he need anything further, he should contact the local police department.

This Indian with a bad accent keeps calling me with different names from different phone numbers, this time is name was Officer James Brown. He told me I owe some loan company money and if I don't pay they will put me behind bars. He has all of my personal information which is pretty scary, but when I call his bluff he hangs up on me. I called him back 3 times, asking about infomation on this loan I supposedly owe but he didn't have any vital information on this loan. He said "so are you going to pay or what?" I told him I was filing bankruptcy and He said "you will go to jail cuz you owe $5000 " so if anyone can tell me how to stop these annoying phone calls, I would appreciate it!!!!

I got a call from this number this morning saying its Mr. Brown and that I owe money and if I dont pay I will be arrested.  I told him I have gotten this call before and hung up.  Now he is calling my work and I told him stop calling my work.  He called 10 times this morning and now he wants to speak to my supervisor so I can get fired.  I have checked my account to see what they were supposly calling about and there is nothing

This guy calling himself Officer James Brown keeps calling and threatening that a warrant will be out
and that the Sherriff's Office will be out to arrest me if I dont pay them. This guy talks with a very thick Indian accent. The area code he calls from is New York. Ive just recently been released from the hospital with a broken ankle to find threatening , hateful , phone calls not only on my home phone but my cell phone as well.
I do not know how they got my personal information but they had my ss number also. Im disabled and live alone. How do I make these calls stop?

I know this is a scam because they have called me in the past from a different number and they used the same name. I dont know how to get them to stop calling because they keep harassing me at work and home.
