IM GETTING THE SAME CALLS

This people are pain in the butts and won't stop calling me! I just totally ignore them now...

I have received two calls a couple weeks apart from this man (thick Middle Eastern accent) claiming his name is Derek White.  I owe him money, the matter at hand is extremely time sensitive... etc.  Then threatens that police will be contacted if I do not have my retained attorney of record call him.  It is freaky though because he calls me by my legal name which I rarely give out.

I LIVE IN CLEVELAND OHIO AND A GUY WITH AN INDIAN ACCENT CALLED AND SAID HIS NAME WAS OFFICER COLEMEN. THE SCARY PART OF IT ALL WAS HE HAD MY PERSONAL INFO. HE GAVE ME THE SAME STORY THAT I WAS GOING TO GET ARRESTED AND HE WOULD CALL MY JOB AND HAVE ME FIRED.

I have been getting calls from these people over and over again.  It happened a couple months ago and I filed a police report and reported them to the FTC.  For the last week it has started again.  Yesterday they called me 6 times back to back.  I finally unplugged the phone.  This morning beginning at 7 they called 5 times in a row, it is a lady calling now though, sounds like she is from India.  She says her name is Donna Smith.  I told her I filed a police report and the call was being taped.  She continously called back and harrased me...saying "good luck", she said the police were on the way to get me and I told her I was waiting so go ahead and send them.  I am calling the police again to make a harrasment report.  Call the police and report them every time, lets stop these criminals.

i did just that; i gave them a dose of the same medicine they gave me!!

He told me to brush my teeth and pack my bags because I was being picked up in 24 hours.  Are they for real?  Pack your own bags and get out of my country.

do you think its possable to find them and file a law suit on them?

Happy i found this site i started getting calls from a Mike Black now from Donna 347-753-8137 and 585-331-8611 they have treated me to no end.. today i told them i was recording this phone call they hung up i would like to find both of them and punch them in the face..

These people have started to call my cell phone too.  The first call I received showed up as 0000 for the phone number.  The man named Bryan said he needed me to call him immediately
Then I received another call from the 347-753-8137 from Donna basically stating the same thing.  I dont appreciate people leaving threatning voicemails on my phone so I am going to try my best to get it blocked or change numbers.  Like people arent already busy enough....we have to deal with some jerk trying to scam us!

got called today from this numbers asking for Abby, I knew it was a scam as others have been calling with India accents asking for abbey, my mom is 85 and i am her cargiver and guardian and thats who they are after, i screen all calls and can spot/hear a scammer real quick, thanks for having this page.
the thing is we owe no one .

I'm in the process of subpoening them for the identity of the account holder.  For now, it might not be a bad idea to complain to their telecom provider.

I have been receiving calls from all different numbers from these people.  They even call my sister and my work number.  I have a lawyer and he called and they hung up on him.  He is currently trying to file a law suit against these people if he can figure out where they are...

I got two calls in a row this morning from this same number. I have been getting these threatening calls for over a month. Usually they have the same thick Indian accent. Today it sounded like the person was trying to disguise the accent to sound more American.

I received such a call today. I have worked in a collections environment for many years. I listened to what he was trying to claim. Then I came back with the Federal Debt Collections Practices Act on the violations that they just did with their threats and comments. They hung up on me. Which proved to me that it was a big scam. I then went online and blocked the number from being able to call me

this person is now on to me ! some how  some way we will get him . also be on the look out for 202 numbers

I received a call from the number 347-753-8137. When I answered the phone I was talking to a man that said that a company was suing me. When I started to get a little heated with the man, he then said he was going to transfer me to his boss. So then when I started talking to his boss, of course I was a little worried at first. But the first red flag came when I was asking him questions such as when was this amount deposited into this account. He said he could not give me this information. Then another red flag. The company that they said was trying to sue me, had sent me a text message today telling me that I qualified for a payday loan. Not to mention that the bank account that they said the company had deposited money into was/ has been closed. So when I started to get upset because they told me that they would show up at my address and place of employment to pick me up, I said that I would be going to the bank, and he said "Before anything I would contact your attorney" then hung up. Not to mention the fact that when I said there was no way and that it was bull s***, he told me that I was that I was the only one who had my information, so therefor I was the only one that could have done it, and that if it was bull s*** then he would jsut see me in court. So I then went to the bank and had them pull the statements from the day I opened the account until it was closed. There was nothing ever deposited in there other than my checks and my income tax. So then I came home and googled the "law agency" and it pulled up about every law firm in New York. So I then googled the number, which is what lead me to this site. From there I called my local police department, where I was informed that they had heard of something like this before and to just hang up. So then I tried to call the company back 3 times. The first time I called they answered then hung up. The second time I called it rang once and then hung up again. The third time I tried to call I got the message "You have reached a non working number ect..." So as a slightly gullable person, I hope they catch these people because they almost gave me a heartattack at first.

I got a message to call 3477538137 from a Donna, who can't speak good english, to call this number or have my attorney call her, & if I didn't she good only say good luck for what was about to unfold. They've harrassed me several times now & have called me @ work.

They have actually called me pretty routinely for the last two years looking for some poor woman named Edith Bozeman.  Since I do not know this person I would tell them that but they have kept calling back.  Not only are they scammers, they are also idiots. They recently left messages for Edith to call back to 661-347-6518 and 347-753-8137.  Maybe I have kept them from harrasing some old woman.  I hope so.  Donna and Kevin have been after Edith.

Hey out there looks like there's another number to watch our for from these guys.  Just got a call this morning from 315-220-0846.  Same idea I owe money and serious legal issues if I don't pay up.

I was getting phone calls from and indian accent man saying his name stan something which his name is not stan I can assure you that. saying that I had a law suit complaint out there and if I didnt call back they were gonna call my employer. he called several times with threats. I never called him back now I have a different number calling me which is 347-753-8137 and a woman named donna saying that I need to call back and if I dont I will face charges and all she can say to me is good luck.
the phone numbers never show up on my bill and now the voice mails are deleted from my voicemail and I didnt delete them, and my cell phone is all messed up.

Yes he is saying that to my husband and the same thing no info just threat I have been doing some work on this joker will continue tonight to work on him. I have called that number three times one time (cell number) it took him 2 min to answer and he answered california department of law and i told him he was bs and then I blocked my number he said new york department of law. I have called new york to report him so any one that can get me his address and I will put him in spot and what ever he tells you for his buiness name!!!!!!! I will be back with updates as soon as I can please name and address!!!!!! To help you all out to here is one big step for dealing with this guy!!!!

Verify information. When a creditor comes calling out of the blue, ask specifically what debt it is they are trying to collect, on whose behalf, and what the delivery date was for services provided. Also get details about interest or other penalties. If the representative balks, it is probably a scam.

Hey I just got one of these calls today.  The said the same thing about being from New York  Law Agency or something like that and I had a case against me.  Sounds like a scam, but I can see how people fall for it because they sound legit if you're not paying attention.

i will be arrested for 30 day.
