Glad you listened to your gut instinct on this! Yes, its a scam, any advance fee loan is since they are illegal period. Anytime your asked to send money ala green dot or similar cards and Western Union best follow your instincts and run, don't walk away!

I almost did the same thing..a friend of mine said he has never heard of someone needing money up front but he gave me the money anyway. My spirit didn't feel right so I went on line to see if this company is legit and all I see is that it is for sure a scam. Thank God I didn't do it. It did seem weird. I'm glad I am a child of God. I felt funny all day..

Received a call from American Finance Company and I qualified for a loan of $1300. All I had to do was send them$200 and they will send me  $1300 plus my  $200/ Asked why and they said it will show the company I can make monthly payments. Can anyone relate to this. Sounds like a scam. They aere going to send me a card to deposit my money!!

these guys are calln me today and said my credit was too bad that if I wanted to get a 10000 loan I had to give them 490 dollars I knew that was weird because y couldn't they just take that out of the loan I told him I didn't get paid for another 2 weeks so he wants me to call back when I have the money is there anyway we can get this guy caught like set him up

No they cannot.  That is why the scammers want victims to use those cards.  They cannot be traced back to who took the money from them.  There are warnings all over the cards about what not to use the cards for.

They are nothing but scammers.  They will just try to get as much money as they can from you then disappear.  It is illegal to demand money up front to obtain a loan. Everyone who does that is operating a criminal enterprise.

Applied for a loan on line and got a call from Jimmy Walker, offered me a 3000.00 loan but I had to give a 300.00 deposit....it smelled fishy and I did not give him the money!

Received a call saying I was approved for 1,000 loan but needed to make a deposit of $185 after I did so he got my mom ey and I didn't get the loan

I got a call from this number during the time i was looking for auto loans and this same guy jimmy walker offered to finance me to get my car and took all my money 1000 dollars from my account smdh these people need to know when and how to work for what they want and need and not steal from anyone..... I just need to know what I need to do now to get my money back
