Report them to the FTC, and your state's Attorney General - if your debt was included in your bankruptcy, they are violating the law by continuing to harass you about it.

I received a call from 480-302-3999.. It is in regards to my T-mobile account which was included in my bankruptcy. The number they asked me to phone back was 800-814-6363. They have called me numerous times and I continue to explain that this debt was included with my bankruptcy... Ughh.

I don't have nor have I ever had Cox, maybe they are collections for a hospital?? I mean they called the ex BF and my son, the only person I believe I would give those numbers to would be the ER dept.

Anyone confirm if this debt collector is anyone other than Cox Communications? I received a message from them to "return the call regarding important business". Looking here, then at my Cox bill, I was about 4 days past due so ran a payment online, however can't imagine a 4-day past due Cox bill warrants a collection call?!?

Received a call from this number, with a local vanity number that showed up on my caller ID. The individual who contacted me stated her name was Amber and she needed a callback.

This number calls our phone at least twice a week with a recorded message to call back about "important business." Sure. What kind of moron would think that kind of message would get a callback? I'd like to be taken off their call list (our number is supposed to be unlisted) but don't want to call and egg them on. Suggestions?
