Something dealing with College or schooling. They are like a referral agency I guess would best describe them. They are basically asking for info and they submit it to several colleges for you. I am pretty sure they get a kickback, so why not just check at school yourself.

I am getting calls as well..the best defense is to never answer,they always give up    .....if its some1 u know well if its important they"ll leave a message    whats up with people answering
