I have a company cell phone, the number of which belonged to a former employee of my company, who left the company over a year ago, and then I was given this phone number.

Someone at this phone number repeatedly calls me at 3, 4 and 5 o'clock in the morning, & when I explain, again, that the person I am looking for no longer has this number, he asks me, "then who are you, M*th*rF*ck*r"?

How can I report this person & get these harrassing calls to stop?

Someone from this number called our office twice -said he was the NY Investigators Office or something like that.    He was very hard to understand and when I said I couldn't understand him and was there someone else I could speak with he abruptly hung up.

Just received call from a Mr. Howard, this is not the first phone call I recieved from this company.  I have recieved numerous calls ongoing for over a year.  I did report this to the PA Federal Bureau of Investigation and also the PA Attorney General's office.  There is nothing you can do.  Once you speak with the Scam Artist, they put you on what is called a sucker list.  They try to scare you.  They have called my work, neighbors and family members.  It is very scary.  They had all my bank information and also my SS#.  Amazing how they get all this personal information.  The best thing to do is buy identity insurance and report to local authorities.

SOME MAN WITH AN INDIA ACCENT CALLED MY WORK TWICE EVEN AFTER THE FIRST TIME MY HR MANAGER TOLD HIS TO STOP AND SHE KNOWS THIS IS A SCAM CALL  WHEN HE CALLED BACK SHE GOT THE CALL AGAIN AND HE HUNG UP ON HER.  HE ALSO CALLED MY CELL BUT I DID NOT ANSWER SO FAR NO VOICEMAILS HE SAID HIS NAME WAS JOE JONES THIS TIME

Have been getting repeated calls from this number as well from an "Officer Roy" telling me I owe 500 bucks and the company which is Cash Advance America is charging me with fraud. Its a scam. Whats scary though is the fact that he has all my personal information. How the heck he got that I have no idea.

i got a call this morning from "officer roy wilson" telling me I own $326 and if i settle out of court. i did believe him but after i hang up i did google his number and what did i see. he is a scam artist. i told him that i would call me back. i don't think so.

AN Officer Michael Scott called me wanting me to return his call I did not instead I called the MO attorney general and the police  He sounded like he is from India too not NY

I received one from "Officer Roy Wilson" from the attorney general's office. (uh which attorney general's office). He called five times in a row because I missed the first two calls. After checking the number I hung up on him three times. He had left a message which was kind of hard to understand but his legal term was big trouble. Yeah ok. Right maybe he is going to be in big trouble if he keeps calling.

I have had two men one was "officer" roy wilson and "officer" Mathew Rodgers call me leave me voice mail after voicemail of how i will be charged with bank fraud act. I have nothing outstanding to anyone. They keep all my work. I am ready to fight if that is what they would like.

Do not call me any more please.  I will have to call the authorities to have you arrested.
