these are all scammers! beware and other numbers they use are 818 659 5715, 818 532 9297, and 205 417 2414 aned 202 643 4902. they are big time scammers and i have let them know we have reported them to the FBI and local authorities. they get really irrate with that and all i can do is laugh and they get even more mad!! SCAMMERS-GET A REAL JOB! We are not falling for your bs!

I believe I am a victim of identity theft and fraud. A few months ago I lost my job and took out a few loans over the internet to pay my bills. To be exact payday loans. I figured I would find a job soon n be able to pay them back. Three months later I did find a job. By this time the loans have doubled n went to collection. I was receiving many phone calls. Few seemed very ligit while others confused me. The main one was from a gentleman by the name of Jose Sanders who claimed to be a lawyer for the officer of federal investigation and informed me that my social security number was going to charged with three different counts of fraud if I did not pay back my loans. So I began to make payments. I could not afford a lot so these were very little payments everytwo weeks. After recieving many different phone calls from different people about my so called loans I began to stress out. I trust this Jose Sanders, why, I do not know. So I told him I have many callers asking for money n its hard to set up payment plans with them all so he offered to consolidate my loans n said just give me all the phone numbers and told me not to answer when they call n he would fix it all. I believed him n paid him n no one else until yesterday. I got another random caller and they would not stop calling me so I answered and it was yet another bill. I informed them of my consolidation n said my lawyer is handling it n the gentleman said are you sure he is a lawyer? I thought wow y would he ask that. He asked for his number and I gave it. He proceeded to tell me to go to my computer, get on the internet and go to google and put in the telephone number. He then said you will see who the lawyer is and who the liar is. I did this with every number I ever delt with and gave payments too and realized they were ALL SCAMMERS!!! I have been giving payment to randome people or jus throwing my money away!!! I can't belive it.  I thought I was paying on my old loans and I was not. I even sent faxes to these people with my a copy of my id on it. So I am sure my identiy has been stolen and my name used for illegal purposes. I am writting this letter in hope of getting help to fix some of this for me and to warn others of these horrible people out there!!! Please if you can help me or point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!

I have received over 20 calls from Attorney Johnny Blake (347-783-5789) who claims to be an Attorney from Financial Law of Brooklyn County.  The message he leaves is the same:  "There is a legal matter against my name and ss#.  Th is matter is time-sensitive.  If I don't respond they will send an investigator to my job or home, which will be very embarassing.  Who are these people and why are they harassing us?

These people are involved with some payday loan association that is also a rip off, they say they are the financial Law Dept and that I took a loan that was not paid back...Not True, they say that if you pay them a certain amount of money they will make it go away.  Obviously this is not how things work if was not paid, they are using scare tactics to try to get money from people.....They got my information from a company named DJG Group, which is a pay day loan ripoff company, this company does not have a website and they are impossible to deal with.  There is definitely a connectio between these two.

Just received call from these people talking about some payday loan. He spoke with a strong eastern accent.

I am very tired of these people calling from different number stated I am going to be sued because I owed money. I called the police concerning these calls and police stated that these calls are scam and do not give out any personal information.

How do we report these people?

i too  have recieved a call from that number and another as well.....after a bit of research i found the actual law firm  and spoke to that attorney....he assured me it was not him and for me to  record any conversations we have and bring it to my local police....i too contacted the ftc and contacted the three creditors...equifax,transunion, so on and placed a fraud alert on  my ssn.....i suggest you do the same

I got a call from an Officer Simon Jones....saying that my best friend and quoted her name...had used my personal finacial information to commit fraud. I put the number into the browser bar and ended up here. Apparently I should report this and not call them back from what I have read.

I recieved a call from Claudia Jones a week ago and then again today.....1st thing this is this bi*** calls early in the morning @ f****ng 8o'clock and wakes me up out my sleep which means im pissed and today won't go good.But anyways she calls saying i own on a loan that was never tooken out so im like ok call back and today the bi*** made sure she called back ok im ready from your credit card information i'm like its f****ng 8 in the morning why the hell are you calling me waking up my entire house but now i see i'm going to have to do her like i did this man that kept calling i reported him and is so called company and he hasn't called back & when she calls i'm going to go head and report her now & let her know.

I got a call from the same people, this lady said her name was Claudia Jones which is such bull crap bc she had a thick indian accent. She kept telling me I owed $685 from a loan I took out in 2009 & that her client tried to get in touch w/me but never responded. I never took out a loan that year, if I did take out that loan for real in 2009 & people were looking for me I would have already been taken to court by them a long time ago!!!

Got another call from different number same people who can't seem to speak clear english. Didn't understand half of the message except that My social security number is being red flagged this they left on my mom's cell phone.
I called the number back and it was a female not the man who left the number and told the FTC and the bbb and local police inforcement. She replied why the hell are you calling us for, now if anyone here in the United States in a customer service position talked like that would lose their Job. She has hung up on me twice after I told her that they have been reported. Gave my personal info on messages, that are not mine.

Another number out of the state of california 619-399-0214 is disconnected and now the number that the same people are calling me now is a New York number 347-783-5789. I reconize the voices. and they refuse to tell me the name of their company.
