I have been receiving these phone calls for quite some time now first it was officer Ballen Mack now its officer James Black. When is our government going to be able to prosecute these people because I am getting fed up quickly.

I have started getting calls also in the last two days, but they are from another no which is 206-801-3005 and the same thing is happening to me.  A man who claims to be a crime investigator officer named Mr. Black,  with what I thought was a Nigerian accent, but it may be Indian as you others have said; claims I am the subject of a  fraud and the prime suspect. It really doesn't matter where he comes from; what matters is if he is legit or trying to scam me.  Says they are sending someone out in 48 hrs and I better call him if I don't want to be in trouble.  He did have the last 4 digits of my social security no.  I haven't answered the phone and just listened to his voicemails.  I considered calling the police.  After reading your notes, I don't know if I should call or just leave it alone.  As long as they don't have any of my important info.  Located in Seattle, Wa.  His service provider is Maimetro Ats, Inc. if I spelled this right.  You can get more info on his real name if you follow the links doing a reverse search.  I cannot do that right now.  I called the police and they advised me to call the FBI, Attorney General and and Federal Trade Commission.  The FBI told me to just talk to the AG and FTC.  I gave them reports and was also advised to put fraud alerts on my credit reports will all three agencies.  Don't even answer the phone and they will eventually quite calling.  I was told by the FBI if I did answer them to tell them that I know it is a scam and that they have been reported to the FBI and they will quite calling then!  Don't give him any of your info!

I just did a reverse check on the 2068013005 no listed above and it is in Seattle, Wa with a service provider of Maimetro ats, inc. which I have never heard of. I would have gotten more info because they said you would get the real name of the individual and current address, but it requires a payment for the search.

What was racist?

I applaud those who are standing up and fighting the scam that is happening to innocent people.  I do however want to talk about the racist messages being left by ignorant individuals.  People are alerting others so that they can be informed.  They really don't have any reason to read your racist rants.  Please, if you want to be a racist then join the tea party or KKK.  Leave the hard working individuals alone.

this morning I received a voice mail on my cell phone from a man claiming to be Officer James Black with the Financial Crime Investigation, he told me there was a complaint made against my social security number and recited the last 4 digits, he claimed I was a prime suspect and I need to call him back asap. The man had an extremely heavy indian accent. I felt something was not right so I called the local police they said it is likely just a scam, someone fishing for info, hoping i call back so they can verify with me and get my full social security number. The call came in as a private number, but he did leave a call back number of 206-801-3005

close  your bank account and open a new one with a different number to be safe ./  good luck

347-821-4847 is U.S. Fast Cash International  a  federally investigated scam on the  internet. James Waldsen called from me from there with the same threats. also Jack Taylor (with heavy indian accent hard to understand ) read the same threatenting statement to me . phone # 661-769-6835/

if anyone has an address or further info from them please post it so we can stop them . i cannot get the address so post it if you have it . close your bank account if  you think they have the number too before it is too late.  it is a scam .

just got a call at work and on my cell, could barely understand him, but did make out one sentence stating i'm going to have the worst night of my life......what a bunch of losers, they also called my brothers phone for me at the same time.

Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

i keep getting calls from this indian accent man saying hes officer sombody. he wants me to pay 675 or 3600 in court. he callls about 10 times a day. now he says they are going to send an officer to my house. i took out a loan in 2009 but im pretty sure they took the money out of my account. they dont send me anything in the mail i want hard copy

Aperson with a very heavy Indian accent and can barely be understood. Threatening to have me arrested at my work place. Called himself "Officer James Black". Please help us to stop this nonsense immediately. I don't know how they got my number or why they are targeting me!

Calls are coming in on a constant basis from a company from the above number 347-821-4847 from a man with a extreme accent  that is totally unclear and unable to recognize the wording.  Constantly telling me that they wish me well as the situation unfolds and wishing me good luck.  They are constantly tying up my business phone, and my home phone has dozens of calls daily.  I need this to stop immediately.

Some man with a heavy accent keeps calling my work & cell saying that I owe them money.  My boss has answered the phone & asked that they do not call me at work because it's a business line & they keep calling.  How can I stop him from calling?

This person called my husband and told him that he had a loan out with them and that there was a law suit against him and that an out of court fee would be 3,000 dollars but an out of court settlement would be 758... He went on to tell my husband to write down a written statement claiming that my husband wouldn't file for a dispute once the money was taken out and to fax him our debit card info.... we called the cops in our town and they said to just ignore it and don't do anything about it because it is a scam.....

They are harrassing me. Same thing that i owe them money. HeAvy indian accent and threaten to arrest me. They have my bank account, ssn, and other personal info. Im worried they will take $$ out of my account. I did not get a loan with these ppl.

Called my sister and left a message for me to call back officer frank Jackson. He got on the phone and gave me a ssn and I told them I wouldn't give them any personal info. He had a heavy Indian accent and he screamed at me, told me I had a law suit against me and told me to go-ahead and go to jail. This is a big scam! Watch out!
