Me I told them I never borrow money from them my bank never called me I was scfaed at first until I found this web site I am not anymore I ope they catch them mean people.if u see this nymber don't answer747 8272814. i keepv getting phones calls from this number 1-347-827-3814. sayin his name is max clinton and another guy whos name is walter jones hard to take then serious when they have such very strong accents, sayin that the are from the department of investigations and that i should take care of this matter or else i wil be in big legal trouble, i stopped answering their phone calls and i find out that when i dont answer they call my place of work, ive already been warned at work to deal with it cause they are not happy receiving phone calls of that nature. the funny thing is i told them to send me paper work to my phisical address so thati have proof and that once i receive that i will send them a money oder to take care of it and they told me that they only take payments over the phone thru debit or credit card and i told them no that i wont be giving any info like that out especially over the phone.im gettinmg tired of these guys so any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated thanks

The same people are calling me and has my husbands ssn also. They are calling the job and being rude with a guy claiming to be Officer Kevin Brown about a payday loan or something. The story in now we frauded some lady out of her money. The address he gave us was; 83 Maide Lane New York, New York City 14812 and no Department of Financial Investigation is at this location. Be careful they have tapped into my local phone and now call from Hayes, VA where we live using a local phone number 1-804-993-3021. Report them to "Federaal Trade Comission, and FBI  and Local Police, but not pay them any money..

Left msg. on my cell-Legal case filed against my SSN threatening to call my employer and friends if I don't call back today foreign accent.  This is about the 20th type of this call I have received in the last year.  I did talk to an attorney regarding these calls it is a TOTAL scam!  Do not pay out anyone a dime without proper legal documentation.

I received a call from an Indian rep claiming to have a legal process pending and threatened to call my employer.  He has my  SS number and my personal info.  I do not know this person and do not owe any money.  I did put in an application for a pydayloan but never completed it and did not take any funds from them.  I believe this person is a scam and want legal action taken against him.  The number he left is 347-844-6817 and is associated with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless in Ny.  The individual left his name Shawn Black.  I want legal action taken against him so that he is prosecuted to the full extent that the law allows for this type of fraud.

These people call me and my employer stating that I will be arrested for bank fraud and theft.
They ask me if I had an attorney, I said yes, and they hung-up. This is not the first call and always  call from different numbers at different time.

I have reported them to my attorney general office and I have a friend who a advocate
of wrong doers.

Just received a call from these nuts.  The caller stated that he was Jeff somebody and he was from ACS and that I have a  debt that I need to payoff.  These calls have been going on for 2 months and there have been so many different numbers and names used that how can one keep up with them.  I have learned that I won't answer the phone if I don't know the number and then I google the number. I found out that all the numbers are used for these types of calls.  I have also contacted the loan companies that these nuts say I have a loan from and they tell me that I don't have a loan through them.  The one company even took my info and told me that these people are using fake online payday loan site, as well as fake credit card sites and that is how they are getting you info.  I like lots of other people are getting d**n tired of these calls.  I have block all the numbers that they call from but they always seem to come up with a new one.  Know wonder they have to harrass all of us they need someone who can pay for all the new numbers.  I have reported every call to the appropicate departments but these nuts move and use so many different names, company names, and numbers that is really hard to find them but evently god willing they will be caught.  Every call I get end with GOD BLESS. I really hate to tell these nuts but they are not going to see god but they are going to a place where it will be very, very hot.

I have been getting calls from them for about 2 months now off and on but today is the first time they've been bold enough to contact my place of employment, my sister and my son. Told them I was looking at my bank statement and there was never a deposit made into my account. They told me they had the last four digits of my bank account number so it had to be legit (right). They asked how I was going to take care of the matter I said I guess in court when they sue me. They then threatened to show up at my house and place of employment to investigate then hung up.
I'm assuming they are an over seas group and I'm afraid I'm stuck with the calls. I really don't mind messing with them myself but not at work and not my family (although family and co workers are all  begging me to let them talk to them)

Hello, they use different names, but it is a man with a foreign accent threatning to send some one to my home. They also call my job and cell.

calls @ 5;15 in the morning threatens to garnish check for 4700.00 dollars a lawyer will be @ the house and prepossess our belonging if we didnt give cc #....calls 25-50 times to home and my wife job after tho maneger told them not to call anymore and a 10 day suspension for them calling the still call and very rude

Recived a call from 347-844-6817 and 202-540-5120 and 347-625-3719 from a John there some foreign accent very hard to understand told me he was from ACS and that there is 3 fedral charges agianst me and I needed to pay them. So not thinking I was working 12 hr nights and they called during the day and I paid $200 with my C.Card. He calls agian tonight and tells me I have to pay $510 tomorrow and I have no idea what the heck I am paying for... I will be contacting the police and FBI and BBB and SSD because they have all my information and they are now harrasing me and leaveing messages  saying something could happen to my family or me at my place of employment. I don't know who they are but if you had charges filed agianst you wouldn't you be served papers and a court date? I am now actually a lil scared because I live in a very rual area.
