I went online because of a commercial I saw on TV by Montel Williams advertising a place called Money Mutual.com for safe and guaranteed money loans so I went to that web site and applied for a loan Soon after I had e-mails from several different places and PAYDAY12.com started texting my phone saying they were 1 step away from direct deposit to my account.I called the phone no on my text and it went to a voice mail box that was full and did not answer under any name at all.

I see all these complaints and advise for everyone not to trust this "moneymutual.com" scam.   I'm glad I found this page,but what IS IRONIC IS...  the " Ads by Google" in the top left corner of the page has an add for... get this... MONEYMUTUAL.COM!!!  Funny!    Why would a web sight accept money from a company advertising on their sight that everyone on THE SIGHT is complaining about???   I cease to be amazed...

These people haven't called me, but I cannot find any info online about them.  A search brought me here. These scammers have different urls such as moneymutual.com and mymoneymutualnow.com.  They are sending me unsolicited cards every week.  They have so much of my personal information on these cards and the paperwork that it's doing nothing but setting me up to be a victim of identity theft.  I tried to file a complaint with the better business bureau, but they have no info on them.  Since the Montel scam people won't put an address or phone number on their paperwork, I can only look them up by url on the bbb.org site.  How do we file complaints about these criminals?  They are putting me at risk and I don't know how to get them to leave me alone.  BTW, I never called, wrote, emailed, or asked them for anything at anytime except to stop mailing me stuff, and they won't stop!

I also went to Money Mutual, and stupidly filled out the form...literally 20 minutes ago.  On the bottom it has a selection that says "remove me" and that should solve the problem with the hastling texts and phone call..

First of all, I agree that it does get annoying to have unknown people call and/or texting you.  Understand that when you apply for a payday loan from a company, read the fine print with the asterick.  It will explain whether that company is a payday loan company or a third party company.  Meaning a third party company, which is money mutual, will supply your information to payday lenders and that's why you are receiving these annoying calls and/or text.  Some of us fail in reading the small prints because of our need it now attitude.  Bottom line read the small print, it will save you time and money.

i call the 347 981 2311 number and got the voice message so i wanted them to know that i knew that they were a scam so the information i gave them were a scam also sucker

GOT A TEXT ON CELL STATING WE WERE GUARANTEED A LOAN , ALSO INBOX LETTERS STATING TO CONTACT THEM FOR YOUR GUARANTEED LOAN.

Calling the number back gets you to TMobile voice mail. Maybe someone can get TMobile to stop this harassment.

I went online for that Mutual Money loan. I saw Montel Williams on the commercial. I figured why would he want to be involved in a scam.  So stupidly I filled out the online forms. I have heard nothing. I got a text message from 702-215-1150 saying Im eligable for a 2nd  payday loan, go to www.pday90.com. Now my personal info is out there, and Im angry, mainly at myself cause I knew better. There are web sites to go to to report these scam artists. I have not yet begun to wage war on you SOBS!!!!!

Didn't want to reply STOP since people are reporting that it doesn't work.  All replying seems to do is confirm to them that my number is correct.

I also got a message from (347) 981-2454 with this message:
Stressed over bills? Get up to $1500.00! Visit www.LENDING5.com (----2end reply stop----)

Sure would like to know who this company is because  SMS spam is illegal and we can sue them in small claims court for $500 an infraction.  The more people sue scum like this the more costly it will be for them to resort to this business practice.

Got a text message from www.PAYDAY12.com about instant cash. Some kind of loan scam I guess.
