Got this same number here at our home this morning and didn't answer it either!

rec'd call from this number a few minutes ago; did not answer; they did not leave message

Answered call, was "Vanessa" calling from yp.com.  Was looking for my business, but she called my home number which is on the DNC list.

Caller was from yp.com to verify my business name, address, and phone. I declined to give e-mail and fax info, as well as my being over 18 years of age. Caller did not appear to be selling anything!

I received a call from this number today & thought it must be a hoax-number.  Can a person make up a number to be shown on caller ID?  I was suprised to see it listed here.  I did not answer & they did not leave a message.

VERY SLICK!  I got a call from this number today...caller said they were simply verifying info for a business directory, yp.com.  When she asked if I was over 18 years of age and I said 'yes', she started doing some fast talking...I told her that I did NOT want any service from her company, but she continued that I would get a 'complimentary' free month of deluxe advertising, which would then be charged monthly to my phone bill if I didn't call their 1-800-300-3209 to cancel within the next month.  I told her NO...I didn't want even the first month!  I called the 800 number let today and had to cancel anyway!  Very slick!

Got a call today 3/13/2008. Caller said she just wanted to verify some information for updating information. I told her this was a business line and I didnt have time for this. She said it would only take 2 minutes and I hung up.

I received a call from this number. They were seeking to update our records. I get a lot of calls like this. They wanted to verify our contact information, line by line. I never agree by saying "yes", because sometimes they will record this and use it as authorization for some service. At the end, she asked if I had authority to handle charges and I said "No, I don't have authority to do anything." She quickly thanked me for updating the info and hung up.
Bottom line is, if you answer the phone and there is a pause before someone says anything, hang up.

Received a call from this number this morning. I immediately thought it was a bogus number because of the "053". One cannot dial a local number beginning with "0". I did not answer the call.

This call is everyday !!!!I'm sick of it !!!How do I stop this!!!HELP!!!!

Called today, presented themself as "AOL Listing".
Wanted to update or verify business listing.
Told then to get lost.

They say they are veryfying info for their business listing...don't answer ANY of their questions!  If you verify that you can make decisions, they set you up for a complimentary month of deluxe advertising...then charge you monthly if you don't call their 1-800-300-3209 number to stop the service!  The business is yp.com

Said she was updating her information on our business, i sighed and hung up... this is the second time, and it appears that people are laughing in the backround.

Just got a call from this number this morning for the first time.  Caller left no message.  I attempted to find out the geo location of the 348 area code and it appears to be non-geo-specific.  

If this is a new twist on telemarketing, I don't like it.  Why would the phone companies pass out non-8xx numbers for this purpose.  Seems like the beginning of a very bad new trend.

i get calls from this number everyday and they usually call twice ,they leave no message and i`m not going to pick up the phone either.

I have received multiple calls from this number and they never leave a message.  I have never answered but am tempted to to tell them I am on the Do-not-call registry.

i recieved 2 calls from this number within a 30 min time frame.. both times i did not answer and they left no message/// f*** them!

I just recieved a call from this number. I did not answer it. They did not leave a message either.
The number was 348-053-1015. At 3:52 pm  1/8/08

I just received a call from the very same number and I didn't answer it either.
