WOW! I I was contacted by so called Attorney Jerry Smith also. I was contacted by email, some of the info was true but I was very skeptical when he had a foreign accent. So I did some investigation and found out this person was bogus! I confronted him on the phone and follow the proper channels needed.

I received two emails from the same person. They have all my personal info. How is this possible?! Already filed the complaint with FBI. What happens next?

Yes you are right about that. I reported him to internet crime department. At the end of my email I replyed back to him that Attorney has 2T's not one.

I have been getting emails from Attorney Jerry Smith. I called the FBI and they gave me this web address https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx. To make a formal complaint against him. He just knew I was going to send him $300 dollars. I think not

I received emails from Jerry Smith saying that I owe a Payday loan to "Alpha" Company.  I didn't know that he was a scam until today after I sent him $300.00.

I contacted the US Attorney's Office in Gainesville - there is no such individual employed with them.  This is a scam -- the FBI is actively investigating this matter.  File a complaint with the FBI - their main headquarters is in Jacksonville (904) 248-7000, or the FBI Office in Gainesville Florida -
352-372-9600.

So have you heard froom them since and has the cops come to arrest you (LOL) this guy is a joke he got mad when I started asking questions like how is the police going to come arrest me for a payday loan.  This guy can't even type correctly let alone be an "attorney"

I'm receiving the same emails demanding payment and threatening to send the police to my home and job so I asked what the debt was for Mr. Jerry Smith to be sending such threats and I've received no response.  I asked do I need to get an attorney to represent me snd got no response.
