So you're saying you use the claimspages?  Are you an adjuster or a contractor?

You must be the worst  private detective ever or you didn't really research.... www.claimspages.com .... you can see everybody the claims pages works with on their website, including a list of Independant adjusters that get the manual for free but still understand the importance of advertising in it and pay to be advertised for others insurance adjusters to find them.... if you really are a private detective, you might want to find a new line of work....
do you really want the list?

That list would consist of over 900 insurance companies nation wide.... there isn't enough time for somebody as busy as me to list them all....

You asked your insurance agent if they ever heard of the manual used by insurance adjusters?  That doesn't really make any sense now does it? Why not ask an insurance adjuster if they use the manual made for insurance ADJUSTERS? Common sense would come in handy....

They resolved all 16 of the complaints filed against them with the BBB and actually have a really good rating of B+  honestly, considering they work nation wide, and with tens of thousands of contracters, I'd have to say that the measily 16 complaints (that's less then 1% of their customer base)  made against them is a good sign.....

Yall guys calling this a scam have got to be the dumbest business owners I ever did see! My wife googled this number after I bought a half page ad for about $1,100 with the claims pages a couple years back... initially i panicked after reading all these posts thinking I just lost my money. Then I started getting calls that I never got before,  all for insurance work. I made my money back and then some! Before I signed up with the claims pages I didn't really get any insurance repair calls. I just renewed my ad with them not too long ago and will continue to get the business you guys clearly don't want, and thank you for that, I'm glad you idiots don't use claims pages, cause that's just more money in my pocket! But yall are more  stupid then a box of rocks if yall are gonna call it a scam.  My bank account and work load begs to differ. And for any of you dumb a***s that want to ask for my contact info, you can kiss my a**, cause I don't want a bunch of dumb a***s, who ain't gonna get me business, calling me 100x's a day playing 100 questions...

In response to the "Claims Pages" posts above, the scam has changed. If has become extremely doubtful that they are selling advertising space, as they claim.

Christina Ross is leaving the 8662767968 or 9 numbers, Exchange 3325. If you dial zero, the "company name" is "Claims Pages". You can call and leave a message. I am trying to understand the scam. She has not asked for any of the typical or common scam-specific information, yet. She claims that I have worked with her company before and she is updating information. She may or may not have already acquired what ever she wanted because she has not called back at the specified time. She set the hook, but to what?

I can understand each persons opinions on here. I hate rude solicitors and cold calls. Unfortunately this day and time has resulted in people being forced to take jobs they may not like. Its sad that they are rude or whatever when their trying to sell a service. Sales calls are just one of the jobs being done thst most if us hate. I have used them when I was an IA for contractors. I use the now as an IA Firm owner in conjuction with my IAs snd clients. I advertise with them snd have enjoyed my partnership with my rep Derrick. He calls when slots open up to let me know and if I say no then its done. Be the bigger person in these situations. I agree if you ask to be removed then you should be. They should not be rude to anyone. They are s good company in whole and have been helpful to many people. We have even received calls from carriers setting up meetings to work for them.

I work for this company now. They are not a scam. Yes its true that many adjusters do not use the book but I know they have a 82% renewal rate & contractors have told me it helped them. It isn't a magic pill but if contractors renew that much, it obviously helped them! Also, they pay me well and treat me nicely. Its all about your efforts. If they see you are working hard, they will treat you like family. I love working there. Shawn Barlow is an amazing & talented mentor
if you were treated like s*** or fired you were probably calling in sick or being lazy.

I worked for them for 2 months. I agree with you. I got out as soon as I found out that no adjuster uses the huge phone book style manual. More than half the book is filled with ads. How exclusive are you??? They get as many contractors that will fall for what they are selling. PDo not work for this sweat shop either. If I needed to go to the bathroom, they would time how long I was in there. But it was always okay for others to take smoke breaks. I felt as though I was handcuffed to my desk.

re:nunyabiz comment

TRUST ME take it from many of us whom worked for this company for several years only to find out that we were only victims much like our customers in a ripoff to say false things and do whatever it took to make a sale! This company is just an advertising company that continues to sweep all their dirty deeds under the rug. They continue to hire back convicted felons of credit card theft back under sur names or have them operate as independent contractors out of their homes. BUYER BEWARE. If you have no morals or don't care to continue to work for a company whom continues to do everything and anything to keep their secrets from getting out especially the owners Scott Plakon and Phillip Imbrenda then go for it however once you find out that the wool has been pulled over your eyes or u get canned because you were only doing what they demanded you do to make that sale you will have a new clearer outlook on things...much like all their prior employees. This is a company that has gone from close to 100 sales employees to less than 25 in a few years....what does that tell you?? Use your head for once and get out now before you become their next scapegoat

I got a call from them asking if we were able to provide services to home owners that had suffered water damage or any other related insurance claims in their homes, I responded yes and gave her our credentials. Melissa asked several questions about our business which I replied thinking this a legit company wanting to use our services. I asked a few times since the beginning if they were an advertising company or printing directories, etc she said over and over "no". At times she used the "technique" of telling me perhaps "we were not capable of doing this services" and gave me a few tricks like these as if we were not good enough to provide services (this technique makes you think they are legit and they want you to work for them trying to get you more challenged to "get their contract"). She said they only use very few vendors in San Diego, CA (we were pretty much among perhaps 2 others because they were "very selective" in who they decide to take on). Towards the end I said let me check your company customers reviews on line and she actually wanted me to go to her page instead of sites like this one, ripoffreport.com, etc then she got defensive and started justifying some of the complaints, etc. That's when I saw they are actually Nationwide Publishing Company, Inc. Phone: (800) 466-9267 and also doing business as Claims Pages! Hello?? All this time they were an advertising company trying to get my money with their fraudulent shady techniques pretending to be the one that puts together the jobs for us. BTW when I stopped answering her calls from the 800 number, she started calling from (480)361-4682, (480)361-9634, (480)361-8947, (480)361-4682, (480)361-4690, (480)385-3912 I did work for several companies that did claims work, and NEVER did we hear from such a company like hers, we all were contacted directly by Farmers Ins., State Farmers, Gaico, etc and were hired by them directly. Melissa also had the nerve to say that most of the customers would have the materials there ready for us to do the work, etc. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE, THIS IS JUST AN ADVERTISING COMPANY with very FRAUDALENT practices AND once you pay them you will be told THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY whatsoever, so you will NEVER get your money back.

You can tell you are a scorned EX employee. Get your facts straight before you slander them or their employees and don't be butt hurt because you didn't have what it takes to make it there. I have advertised with them for years as an Independent Adjuster in Texas and it's worked great for me for the past 3 prints!

Sadly there is more than one credit card thief on their payroll. Ashly Cochran was also convicted of credit card theft. Of the 15 or so people in that office you have two convicted credit card thieves (actually there's 4, the 2 owners just haven't been convicted) YET

This is the worst company out there. It is owned and managed by crooks. They not only rip off companies but they rip off there own employees. The owner Scott Plakin is the biggest thief and his manager Phil Imbrenda is a scumbag. I dont know how this company is still operating but it needs to be shut down.. They pay there employees below minimun wage and get away with it. They brow beet there employees into submission. They company is a total scam there books r not used by anyone, i use mine to wipe my behide with. The working conditions are no better then any sweat shop in china. Employees r treated worse then animals, yelled and screamed at to make a sale make a sale. God forbid if an employee gets sick your screamed at and belittled. It is worse then being in a consintration camp. I feel sorry for anyone that stays there and allows themselves to be treated like this. There are plenty of companies out there that treat their employess like humans. GET OUT OF THERE NOW

I have been to there office . It is a block away from the court house. They showed me the book they do ads in
I now understand what they are selling and have been given more business since I bought my ad. I did not like the second lady I spoke with. She was rather rude. However I did speak with a young lady named Kelly who was very helpful and gave me directions to there office show she could show me everything. Ian sorry so many of you have had bad experiences with the claims pages but they are real and did wonders for my business good luck to you all

MAINLY PEOPLE ARE TURNED OFF BECAUSE YOUR TELEMARKETERS ARE SO RUDE. MANY OF THE OWNERS OF THESE COMPANIES, LIKE THE COMPANY I WIRK FOR DELEGATE THE TASKS OF SETTING UP LEGITAMATE LEADS TO A QUALIFIED PERSON ON THEIR STAFF. IF YOU ARE A LEGIT COMPANY, WHY MUST YOU ONLY TALK TO THE OWNER? IF YOU ARE NOT SELLING THE LEADS, AND THEY ARE SOMETHING YOU ARE LOOKING FOR WHY DON'T YOU JUST GIVE THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS YOUR CALL THE INFO? YOUR TELEMARKTER SHAWN BARLOW, BE LITTLED ME AND ADVISED I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU, WHEN I ASKED HER A LEGIT QUESTION. AS A HOMEOWNER, I AM WELL AWARE HOW HOME REPAIRS UNDER INSURANCE WORKS.
