It is Pinnacle Financial, a debt collection agency from Minneapolis MN. They apparently have numbers registered in every state that ring back to their office. Their CO number is 720-891-4945. They also have a variety of toll free numbers they use. Some other numbers I believe are theirs: 651-641-0443, 651-646-8819, 800-523-7020, 800-544-4882, 800-821-6247, 866-221-1930, 866-601-7106, 888-201-6031.

Their method is to call incessantly from different numbers, never leaving a message or hanging up if you do answer. If you call back they will answer Pinnacle Financial and then try to harass you more since they have you on the line. If you ask to have your number removed, they simply continue to call from one of their other numbers. If they are calling your cell phone, it's simplest just to block their numbers. Too bad people don't start harassing them back and waste their time, they are quite annoying.

yes had my number for months then withing the last couple of weeks they just keep calling, leaving no message. Is there nothing that can be done to stop these people harassing innocent people?

Received a call from this number, Called the number back and it is a debt collection agency call Pinnacle Financial Group. They are known to have many numbers that they will call you from.

Just had a new phone number installed and within a few hours i had received a call from this number.  So far they have called three times and left no message.

I called the number and it is a solicitation from Pinnacle Financial Group.
